| ObjectiveTo observe the effect of virtual reality technology based on motion feedback on the functional status of stroke patients with hemiplegia of the upper limb, and to discuss its effectiveness,so as to provide effective treatment for stroke patients with hemiplegia of the upper limb functional rehabilitation.MethodsSPSS23.0 statistical software was used to generate a random number table, and 64 patients with stroke hemiplegia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number grouping method, with 32 patients in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation training, and the treatment group received virtual reality rehabilitation technology training on the basis of conventional rehabilitation training in the control group. Before and after treatment, the upper limb Fugl-meyer motor function scale(FMA-UL),daily living ability Barthel Index scale(BI)and National institutes of health neurologic impairment assessment scale(NIHSS)were used to evaluate the upper limb motor function, daily life ability and nerve function defect degree of the two groups of patients.Excel was used to summarize the data, and SPSS23.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze and sort out all the data.Results1.FMA-UL score:There was no significant difference in FMA-UL score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,FMA-UL score in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the difference between the two groups indicated that the increase of FMA-UL score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).2.BI index score:There was no significant difference in BI index score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,BI score of patients in both groups increased compared with that before treatment, and the difference between the two groups showed that the increase of BI score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).3.NIHSS score:There was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS score of patients in both groups was lower than that before treatment, and the difference between the two groups was compared, the reduction of NIHSS score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).ConclusionThe virtual reality technology based on motion feedback can effectively improve the upper limb motor function of patients with stroke hemiplegia, improve the ability of daily life activities, and effectively promote the repair of neurological defects in patients with hemiplegia, which can be applied to the rehabilitation of upper limb function in patients with stroke hemiplegia. |
