Objecti veTo compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion gastrointestinal three needleand domperidone tablets in the treatment of post-ischemic stroke gastrointestinal motility disorder, and observe the gastrointestinal symptoms and serum motilin level before and after treatment in post-stroke patients. To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on gastrointestinal motility disorder after ischemic stroke, and to explore the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion on gastrointestinal motility disorder after ischemic stroke,so as to provide a new idea for acupuncture and moxibustion on gastrointestinal motility disorder after ischemic stroke.MethodsThe budget loss rate was 5%.64 patients meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected, and SPSS25 was used. The generated random number table was randomly divided into acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group and western medicine control group.Sixty-four patients were enrolled in sequence according to the sequence,32 cases in each group. The patients in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group were given acupuncture f'our-shen needle, cerebral three-shot,temporal three-shot(the affected side),intelligent three-shot,gastric three-shot(Zhong wan,Nei guan,Zu san li),intestinal three-shot(Guan yuan,Tian shu,Shang ju xu),rapid skin rupture during acupuncture,Slowly enter the needle, fly the needle.Keep the needle for 40 minutes at each treatment. After acupuncture, moxibustion was carried out at the three acupoints of gastrointestinal three needle, moxibustion was given 15 minutes later, and the needle-handle method of DaoQiTongJing be implemented every 10 minutes was carried out.The patients were treated 7 times a week, once a day,and the treatment cycle was 1 week. The patients in the western medicine control group were treated with domperidone tablets 10mg 15 minutes before the three meals. The total score of gastrointestinal symptoms and the level of serum motilin were recorded before treatment and 1 week after treatment, and the data were collected and analyzed statistically.Results1.The basic data such as gender, age and disease course were compared between the two groups, and the results showed that there was no significant difference(P>0.05),but before the treatment, the total score of gastrointestinal symptoms and the level of serum motilin were statistically analyzed in the two groups. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),Therefore,the two groups were comparable.2.Compared between the two groups, the scores of gastrointestinal symptoms in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment, and the serum motilin level in the two groups increased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment, and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that both treatment groups could effectively improve the symptoms of gastrointestinal motility disorder in patients with ischemic stroke.3.The total score of gastrointestinal symptoms between the two groups after treatment was compared, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The decrease of the total score in the acupuncture treatment group was greater than that in the western medicine control group. The results showed that acupuncture and moxibustion was superior to western medicine in improving a series of symptoms caused by gastrointestinal motility disorder after ischemic stroke, and the difference of serum motilin level between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of serum motilin in the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group increased more obviously. The data showed that acupuncture and moxibustion could more effectively improve the symptoms of gastrointestinal motility disorder in patients with ischemic stroke.4.There was significant difference in the difference of total score of gastrointestinal symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference of total score of gastrointestinal symptoms in acupuncture treatment group decreased more obviously before and after treatment. There was significant difference in the difference of serum motilin between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference of serum motilin level in acupuncture treatment group was more obvious before and after treatment. The results showed that acupuncture and moxibustion was superior to the western medicine group in improving the symptoms of gastrointestinal motility disorder and increasing the level of serum motilin in patients with ischemic stroke.5.In terms of clinical effieacy,4 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 97%in the acupuncture treatment group.0 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly effective,23 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective in the western medicine control group, the total effective rate was 87%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on gastrointestinal motility disorder in patients with ischemic stroke was obvious.ConclusionAcupuncture and moxibustion Gastrointestinal three needle is effective in treating patients with gastrointestinal motility disorder after ischemic stroke, and can effectively alleviate the symptoms of gastrointestinal motility disorder in patients with ischemic stroke. It can obviously increase the level of serum motilin in patients with ischemic stroke to improve gastrointestinal motility disorder and improve the quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke. It is a good treatment for gastrointestinal motility disorder after ischemic stroke and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
