Text Mining Of Literature Using Zhi-gan-cao Decoction Based On The Principle Of Attribute Partial Order Chart

ObjectiveThe main purpose of this study is to preliminary collect and collate the medical records of Zhi-gan-cao Decoction used in the knowledge website such as CNKI,and use the Principle of Attribute Partial Order Chart to analyze and summarize,summarize and analyze the experience of doctors using Zhi-gan-cao Decoction,and hope to rovide a reference for the clinical application of Zhi-gan-cao Decoction in the treatment of deseases and for the inheritance of Chinese Traditional Medicine.MethodsThis study mainly focuses on the research of modern medical records,and collects the case reports of Zhi-gan-cao Decoction published in the periodicals of traditional Chinese medicine from year 1988 to 2017.Through rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 281 cases were selected.Coded each selected cases with their own code,and input the diseases' information according to the differences of research content,such as disease name,symptoms,syndromes,tongue,medication and dose used into Microsoft Excel file,and create a total database.Analyze the information in the database and some SPOAD were generated.Through the analysis of the charts,the author analyzes and conclude the clinical experience of using Zhi-gan-cao Decoction from many aspects.ResultsIn this study,after screening,cases that meet the requirements were disassembled and datas were enter to establish a database,and through the method of formal concept analysis on the clinical application of Zhigan-cao Decoction were analyzed,through the analysis of the disease,syndromes,symptoms,tongue and pulse,therapy,prescription and medicine,prognosis,summed up the outcome of application law of Zhi-gan-cao Decoction used by modern physicians on clinical disease.Results:(1)diseases name: application of Zhigancao Decoction in the diseases with palpitations,chest pain,dizziness,insomnia,addiction rash is more common,which accounted for most of the palpitation.And often palpitations is common seem with chest pain.(2)Syndrome: in the syndrome type,the deficiency of Qi and Yin,Qi and blood both deficiency,yin and yang both deficiency are the most common.In the card type and the,often hung up or blood stasis and Qi Yin deficiency,heart yang deficiency,or see the same;two false blood and heart yang deficiency,or hung up,or with the imbalance of yin and Yang;deficiency of yin and Yang and often hung up to two.(3)Symptoms: among the symptoms collected,palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue,and panic are 5 common,among which palpitations are the most common.In the same symptoms,palpitation is often associated with chest tightness,shortness of breath,or fatigue,or dizziness,or mental fatigue.Chest tightness is often associated with shortness of breath,fatigue or
