ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of the comprehensive treatment and nursing under the guidance of Monthly Fetus Nurture Theory in the treatment of early threatened abortion, and its effect on the scores of patients' anxiety, depression and mental health.MethodsA total of 62 early threatened abortion patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected in the gynecological clinic of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM from March 2018 to February 2019.All the patients were randomly divided into two groups of control group and treatment group,30 in the control group and 32 in the treatment group. The control group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets, the treatment group was treated with the comprehensive treatment and nursing under the guidance of Monthly Fetus Nurture Theory, with treatment course of 2 weeks. Before and after treatment, two groups of patients were observed the change of the scores of TCM symptom, anxiety, depression and mental health,as well as serum progesterone(P),Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)levels, and made with statistic analysis.Results1.Comparison of clinical comprehensive efficacy between two groups, the total effective rate was 93.3%and the curative rate was 16.7%in the treatment group;the total effective rate was 80.0%and the curative rate was 6.7%in the control group. There was statistically difference(P<0.05),the treatment group had a better effect.2.After the treatments, the TCM symptom score for both groups were lower than before. There was statistically difference in TCM symptom score for each group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in the difference value of TCM symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).It indicated both groups could improve the TCM symptom.3.After the treatments, the levels of serum P,?-HCG for each group was higher than before, there was statistically difference in each group own comparison(P<0.05).The rising range of ?-HCG of the treatment group was larger than the control group(P<0.05),while the difference value of P was no statistically difference(P>0.05).It hinted both groups could improve the levels of P,?-HCG,and the treatment group was superior to improve levels of ?-HCG than the control group.4.After the treatments, the scores of anxiety and depression for both groups were decreased. There was statistically difference in the scores and ranking of anxiety and depression for the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistically difference in the control group(P>0.05).The result showed that the treatment group had a obviously better effect for improving anxiety and depression.5.After the treatments, the scores of mental health for each group were lower than before. There was statistically difference in the scores and ranking of mental health for the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistically difference in the control group(P>0.05).It turned out that the treatment group was obviously superior to improve mental health.ConclusionThe comprehensive treatment and nursing under the guidance of Monthly Fetus Nurture Theory has good clinical effects in the treatment of early threatened abortion. It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of early threatened abortion, increase serum levels of P,HCG in the early pregnancy. At the same time,it can relieve patients' anxiety and depression, improve mental health,in order to provide a good environment of mind and body for the mother to gestate baby.
