The Retrospective Study Of Combining Closed Treatment With Triamcinolone Acetonide On Treatment Of Granulomatous Mastitis

ObjectiveThis study is based on current limitations of comprehensive treatment with Chinese and Western Medicine on treatment of granulomatous mastitis,through retrospective and case-control study,to evaluate the efficacy of combined closed treatment with triamcinolone acetonide on the treatment of GM with purpose to provide a reference for granulomatous mastitis.MethodsWe collected the cases of patients with granulomatous mastitis who were diagnosed with granulomatous mastitis from January 2018 to December 2018 in Guangdong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,A total of 62 cases were included,of which 35 cases received comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine including external treatment of Chinese medicine and oral administration is classified as Control group.Twenty-seven patients were treated with triamcinolone acetonide closed treatment on the basis of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Case data of two groups' patients,including basic information such as name,age,hospital number,birth history,history of breastfeeding,history of allergies,history of previous breast disease,and information related to specialist treatment,including:course of disease,breast Symptoms(including redness,pain,ulceration,nipple depression),the location of the disease,etc are collected and recorded,otherwise,the patient' s laboratory examination before and after treatment(such as blood routine,CRP,erythrocyte-sedimentation rate),maximum diameter of breast color Doppler lesions,blood flow grading of the lesion,etc;and the treatment which includes treatment before our hospital,evaluation of the efficacy of the disease after treatment.According to the Chinese medicine industry standard "Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Efficacy Standard" to evaluate the post-treatment efficacy,collect data,sort and summarize,use reasonable statistical methods to analyze and draw conclusions.ResultsThere were no significant differences in age,lactation duration,history of allergies,history of previous breast disease,location of disease,lesion quadrant,white blood cell count,neutrophil ratio,lymphocyte ratio,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(P>0.05).In the comparison treatment group,the control group was more effective in reducing CRP levels after treatment.Compared with the control group,the treatment group could significantly limit the lesions,narrow the lesion range,and improve the blood flow signal around the lesion(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 74.28%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 77.77%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).While after 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate was 96.30%in the treatment group and 91.42%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionOn the basis of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on treating granulomatous mastitis,combition with triamcinolone acetonide anesthesia closed treatment can more effectively limit inflammatory lesions,narrow the scope of lesions,reduce blood flow signals around the lesions,shorten the course of disease,improve the total effective rate,and provide clinical Provide a reference for the treatment of granulomatous mastitis.
