Clinical Study Of Qiancengzhi Decoction In Treating Allergic Cough Of Lung Type Caused By Wind Heat

ObjectiveThis study is to through the quality of life leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ),visual analogue scale(VAS),a comprehensive evaluation of TCM symptom scores of observation Qiancengzhi decoction treatment hot wind made the clinical efficacy of type lung allergic cough,explore the effective indices and clinical treatment of repeatability,rich for allergic cough(AC)treating ideas to provide the referenceMethodsThis research plan to prospective randomized controlled trial,from guangzhou Chinese medicine hospital respiratory outpatient service seeing a doctor choose 62 cases of patients included in the standard wind heat type lung allergic cough patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31 cases in treatment group taking terms of loratadine and Qiancengzhi decoction,the control group only taking in terms of' loratadine treatment,two groups of treatment for 2 weeks,observe two groups of patients before and after treatment of leicester cough quality of life questionnaire score,Chinese medicine symptom integral and the change of the VAS score,at last,through analysis of relevant data and specific conclusions.Results1.Comparison of LCQ scores:after treatment,LCQ scores and total scores in physiological,psychological and social regions of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).It was proved that both treatment regimens could improve the quality of life of patients as a whole.Compared with the control group after treatment,the LCQ scores and total scores of physiological,psychological and social regions in the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy:after treatment,TCM symptom score of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,which was statistically analyzed(P<0.05).It was proved that both treatment regimens in the two groups could alleviate the clinical symptoms of cough and pharyngeal itching to some extent.However,compared with the control group after treatment,the TCM symptom score of the treatment group improved more significantly after treatment,and the effect of relieving cough and other symptoms was better(P<0.05).There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 1 case was invalid.There were 27 cases in the control group and 4 cases in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.77%,and that of the control group was 87.09%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of VAS score:after treatment,VAS score in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and statistical analysis was performed(P<0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group decreased more significantly after treatment than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.In the course of treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients,proving that qianqianzhi decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of wind-heat induced pulmonary allergic cough.ConclusionQiancengzhi decoction soup with cloratadine treatment of wind heat to lung type allergic cough,can effectively improve the patient' s clinical symptoms and quality of life,the effect is better than the simple application of cloratadine.
