Studies On Herbal Fomular Recordes Of The Lis Of Lingnan Treating Pediatric Pneumonia

Objective:The Lis of Lingnan refers to the family of Chinese medicine practitioners who are mainly the famous Chinese medicine doctor professors Li Bingnan and their children,Professor Li Shiming and Professor Li Kaiyan.The Lis of Lingnan develops the advantages of family business,traditional Chinese medicine,and based on the disease characteristics of Lingnan,forming its experience system for treating Lingnan pediatric diseases.Based on Excel 2013,IBM SPSS Statistic 19.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 statistical analysis software,TCM prescriptions from The Lis of Lingnan that treat of pediatric pneumonia was analyzed.Methods:The TCM prescriptions that come from The Lis of Lingnan were collected from the inpatient medical record database of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The first diagnosis of pneumonia was 87 cases,and a total of 277 TCM prescriptions were selected.Excel 2013,IBM SPSS Statistic 19.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 were used to analyze these TCM prescriptions for exploring the potential rule.Results:Statistical analysis showed that the core herbs treating pneumonia using by The Lis of Lingnan was 31 kinds.The core drugs were analyzed by factor analysis and cluster analysis,and 9 kinds herbal comination were obtained by factor analysis,6 by cluster analysis.The analysis of drug association rules found 26 pairs of herbal commonly used,association analysis between evidence-type and herbs found out 20 links.The core herbs,herb combination and the relationship between the pattern of syndrome and herb are reveal the pathogenesis and characteristics of pneumonia in Lingnan area from different aspects.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of pneumonia in Lingnan area is sputum,heat and phlegm,which are especially prominent in phlegm-dampness and blood stasis.Therefore,The Lis’ especially emphasis on eliminating phlegm,or by strengthening spleen,or by benefiting qi,or by adjusting the positon of qi.Beside,The Lis always use drugs to smooth the arteries and veins,which can Shorten the course of disease.
