Effect Of Useing Po Ge Jiu Xin Decoction On The Time Of Non-invasive Ventilator In Patients With Acute Heart Failure

Object iveThe aim of this study was to investigate whether patients with acute heart failure who were treated with Po ge jiu xin Decoction could shorten their time to use non-invasive ventilators,and secondly improve their symptoms to guide clinical practice.MethodsThis study used a retrospective study to investigate the hospitalization of patients with acute heart failure in the Fangcun Branch of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to December 2017,and to use the hospitalized system to export data.Using statistical analysis methods,observe the effect of Po ge jiu xin Decoction on the use of non-invasive ventilator time in patients with acute heart failure,and use the TCM symptom score sheet to observe whether the Po ge jiu xin Decoction can improve the symptoms of patients with acute heart failure.Results1.A total of 198 hospitalized patients were included,grouped by using Po ge jiu xin Decoction,comparison of non-invasive ventilator use time between the two groups.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the use time of the non-invasive ventilator between the observation group and the control group.(P>0.05).2.198 hospitalized patients were divided into groups by using Po ge jiu xin Decoction,there was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes at admission(P>0.05),the difference in TCM syndrome scores after offline was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.198 hospitalized patients were divided into groups by using Po ge jiu xin Decoction,comparison of the underlying disease composition and the segment of time of noninvasive ventilator for comparison between the two groups,there were significant differences in the hypertension group and lung infection group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in other diseases and the segment of time of noninvasive ventilator(P>0.05).4.198 hospitalized patients were divided into groups by using Po ge jiu xin Decoction,and analyze its prognosis.It was found that the mortality rate of the patients who used Po ge jiu xin Decoction was higher than that of the patients who did not use the Po ge jiu xin Decoction,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Unconditional stepwise Logistic regression analysis showed that the model difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that pulmonary infection and heart valve disease may be risk factors for death.5.The 198 hospitalized patients were divided into groups using Po ge jiu xin Decoction.The observation group was shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.In the correlation analysis between the use time of non-invasive ventilator and hospitalization time and age,the results suggest that the time of non-invasive ventilator is positively correlated with hospitalization time.Conclusion1.Po ge jiu xin Decoction has no effect on the off-line time of patients with acute heart failure,but shortens the hospitalization time of patients with acute heart failure.2.Compared with the TCM symptom score,the observation group can improve the TCM symptoms of patients with acute heart failure.3.Pulmonary infections and valvular heart disease may be major risk factors for death in patients with acute heart failure.
