The Clinical Study Of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction In Treatment Of Parkinson's Disease With Non-motor Symptoms

ObjectivesParkinson's disease(PD)is the second largest neurodegenerative disease,and its clinical manifestations are divided into motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms(non-motor symptoms,NMS).Parkinson's disease has hidden non-motor symptoms,complicated and diverse clinical manifestations,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease,also has a potential negative impact on families and even society.Therefore,in recent years,non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease have attracted more and more attention from scholars.At present,the therapeutic effect of western medicine on non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease is discontent,and have many adverse reactions.The traditional Chinese medicine decoction has a certain effect on the improvement of non-exercise symptoms,and the safety is good.Through the clinical observation of Parkinson's outpatient clinic,it was founcl that tutor had better curative effect on non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease by using Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction.In this study,the clinical effects of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction on non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease were observed by using a variety of internationally recognized rating scales,which provided a new idea for the treatment of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease.MethodsSixty patients with Parkinson's disease were finally selected from Parkinson's outpatient department or rehabilitation department of Department of Neurology of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with routine antiParkinson drugs,and the treatment group was treated with Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.The course of treatment is 8 weeks significantly lower than that in the pre-treatment group(P<0.01),while the PSQI score in the control group was not significantly different before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).7.In terms of emotional changes,the HAMD score in the treatment group decreased after treatment,but the HAMD score in the control group was not significantly decreased.There was no significant difference in the HAMD score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMA score of the treatment group decreased,and the HAMA score of the control group increased slightly.There was no significant difference in the HAMA score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference in the HAMA score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).8.In terms of PD motor symptoms,the UPDRS ? scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The motor symptoms in the treatment group were not better than those in the control group(P>0.05).9.There was no change in the distribution of H-Y classification in the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment.Conclusion1.Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction combined with anti-PD drug can significantly improve non-motor symptoms.The use of anti-PD drugs alone can improve the non-motor symptoms to a certain extent.The efficacy of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction combined with anti-PD drugs is better than the use of anti-parkinson's drug alone.2.Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction combined with anti-PD drug can significantly improve the quality of life of PD patients.The use of anti-PD drugs alone can improve the quality of life of PD patients to a certain extent.The efficacy of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction combined with anti-PD drugs is better than the use of anti-parkinson's drug alone.3.Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction together with anti-pd drugs can improve the quality of life of PD patients,and the effect is better than that of using anti-PD drugs alone.4.Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction can improve sleep quality in patients with PD.5.Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction has no significant advantage in anxiety and depression,motor symptom and H-Y stage.6.There were no adverse events in the treatment of PD with Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction,indicating the safety of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction was good.
