Study On The Rule Of Drug Use In Allergic Rhinitis

ObjectiveComprehensively search the relevant literature on allergic rhinitis,objectively record the latest progress in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in traditional Chinese medicine,find the rule of treatment of allergic rhinitis treated by traditional Chinese medicine,apply data mining technology,analyze traditional Chinese medicine to treat allergies The law of medication treatment of rhinitis provides a practical reference for clinicians to diagnose and treat allergic rhinitis.MethodsSearch the full-text database of Chinese journals,using the title,subject and keyword as the search port,search:allergic rhinitis,allergic rhinitis and epistaxis,the search time is 2009-2018,within 10 years,used in the literature published in domestic journals The clinical literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and the treatment of allergic rhinitis in the literature,the frequency of statistics,association rules and cluster analysis for comprehensive systematic analysis and analysis.ResultsAI"ter collecting and screening in the literature,207 prescriPtions for the treatment of allergic rhinitis were obtained,involving 180 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,totaling 2177 t’lavors.The top ten drugs with the highest frequency were licorice,wind,jaundiee,and magnolia.Atractylodes,Xanthium,White peony,Asarum,Guizhi,Wumei.Based on the rules of association rules,the second-order,third-order and fourth-order assoeiation rules were analyzed for the treatment of’ allergic rhinitis.Cluster analysis of drugs with frequency)10 times showed:wind,jaundice,atractylodes;two clusters of Xinyi,Xanthium and Angelica.Using the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and new prescriptions,the combination of the new prescriptions was windproof,jaundice,atractylodes,cassia twig,and white peony.The closest prescription for the drug was Yupingfeng San.ConclusionThis study systematically summarizes the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Most of the drugs with the highest frequency are commonly used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,such as licorice,wind,jaundice,magnolia,atractylodes,Xanthium,White peony,the effect is mostly for the wind to solve the problem,qi and spleen and warm yang and cold,to the lung and spleen,mainly for the search for wind and collaterals,such as earthworms,cockroaches,etc.There are also white peony,ebony and other medicinal herbs,and the drug can form the closest prescription for Yupingfeng San,the main benefits of qi and solid table.This shows that it provides a more complete theory,perfects and supports the idea of allergic rhinitis,and provides a practical reference under the syndrome differentiation of TCM.
