Objective:1.To investigate the status of self-management behavior of patients after PCI for the first time, and to analyze the influencing factors of self-management behavior of patients after PCI.2.Explore interventions to improve self-management of patients after PCI for the first time.3.Evaluate the effectiveness of motivational interviews on self-management behavior of patients after PCI.Methods:1.A cross-sectional survey used convenient sampling method to select 160 patients with a first-grade percutaneous coronary intervention after undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention in a third-grade hospital. The self-management behavior scale and general data questionnaire of coronary heart disease were used to collect the data of patients, and the status and influencing factors of self-management behavior of patients after PCI were analyzed.2.This study belongs to the class of experimental research.Intervention study used convenient sampling method to select 94 patients with cardiovascular surgery after a first-grade PCI in a third-grade hospital.According to the disease, the components were divided into experimental group and control group,47 cases(one ward was experimental group, two wards For the control group). The study subjects were divided into experimental group and control group,47 cases each. The control group was given routine health education and regular telephone follow-up.The routine health education was conducted by the three responsible nurses in the study group, before and after surgery, and after leaving the hospital for routine teaching. The patients were followed up for 1,3,and 6 months after discharge. The experimental group added a motivational interview on the basis of routine health education.Three responsible nurses who participated in the motivational interview training performed one-to-one motivational interview intervention and telephone follow-up in the hospital,1,3,and 6 months after discharge..The researchers used the Coronary Heart Disease Self-Management Scale to conduct a total score and a score survey of the experimental group and the control group before the intervention,3 months and 6 months after the intervention, and collected the physiological and biocheMIcal test indicators of the patient's latest review. The patient's weight changes during the intervention.Results:1.The highest score of self-management behavior after PCI was 107 points, the lowest was 44 points, the average score was(70.97±13.99)points,which was at the MIddle-lower level.2.From the scores of patients' self-management behaviors, the patients' life management scores were the highest, with an average score of(13.05±4.35),followed by bad habit management(12.66±3.75)and emotional cognitive management(12.62±2.88),at the upper-MIddle level;first-aid management(7.18±1.74),symptom management(9.84±2.08),disease knowledge management(12.62±2.88),all at a lower level;treatment compliance score was the lowest(5.69 ± 0.98)points,showing a low level.3.By using the self-adMInistration total score and the scores of each dimension after the first PCI as the dependent variable, the age, education level, income level, occupation, smoking, and drinking factors were used as independent variables to obtain the age.,education level, smoking status, and income level are independent factors influencing self-management behavior of patients after PCI.4.After 6 months of intervention in the experimental group, the scores of the self-management behavior and the scores of the seven dimensions except the emotional cognition management were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05),and the total self-management behavior of the experimental group. The scores of each dimension were significantly higher than those of the control group. The low-density lipoprotein, body mass index and triglyceride compliance rate of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05),and the compliance rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.5.In the experimental group, the total score of the self-management behavior scale of the coronary heart disease and the scores of each dimension were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The self-management behavior of patients after PCI for the first time was at the lower-MIddle level.2.The self-management behavior of patients after PCI for the first time is affected by factors such as age, education level, smoking status, and income level.3.Motivational interview intervention can significantly improve the self-management behavior of patients after PCI.4.Motivational interview intervention can improve the compliance rate of disease-related indicators in patients.
