Clinical Research On Qingrehuadu Decoction In The Treatment Of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

Objects : It has observed the clinical treatment of recurrent oral ulcers(hereinafter referred to as ROU)with the Qingrehuadu Decoction,explored the therapeutic effect of Qingrehuadu Decoction on recurrent oral ulcers,and analyzed its clinical advantages.Methods:80 patients diagnosed with recurrent oral ulcer in the outpatient clinic of professor Feng from department of digestive diseases,Shanxi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,were randomly divided into two groups,each group with 40 patients.One group was treated with Qingrehuadu Decoction,and the other group was treated with Kouyanqing Grauales.During the course,the patients were observed for clinical symptoms and signs,and adverse reactions were recorded,and also the main symptoms and signs,the total effective rate,the rate of recurrence and the security before and after treatment were evaluated to compare the efficacy and safety of the two groups.For the patients who have achieved clinical recovery and significant effect,follow up and observe the recurrence of ulcer within 3 months,and compare the effect of the two drugs on reducing the recurrence rate of this disease.Results:1.Comparision of systemic symptoms of clinical lesions and single integral of syndromes before and after treatment: Qingrehuadu Decoction was statistical significant(P < 0.05)in the treatment of clinical lesions and single integral of syndromes except“the size of edema”and “burning sensation”(P>0.05),and Kouyanqing Grauales was statistical significant(P<0.05)in the treatment of clinical lesions and single integral of syndromes except“Congestion area”“the size of edema”“burning sensation”and“condition of urine”(P>0.05),Qingrehuadu Decoction was better than that of the Kouyanqing Grauales.2.Comparison of single item integral of Qingrehuadu Decoration group and Kouyanqing Grauales group after treatment: Qingrehuadu Decoction was better than that of the Kouyanqing Grauales(P<0.05)except“burning sensation”and“condition of excrement”.3.Comparison of total points: there were statistically significant differences in total points between the two groups after treatment.So did the total points before and after treatment of the two group(P<0.05).4.Total effective rate: there was significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups.Qingrehuadu Decoction was better than that of the Kouyanqing Grauales(P<0.05).5.Recurrent rate: there was a statistically significant difference between Qingrehuadu Decoction and Kouyanqing Grauales in reducing the recurrence rate of ROU(P<0.05).6.Adverse reactions : the treatment did not course any negative influence to patients who took part in the clinical trail.Conclusion : Qingrehuadu Decoration is effective in treating patients with recurrent oral ulcer,especially in reducing the recurrence rate,with significant efficacy and high safety,which is suitable for further clinical research and promotion.
