Preliminary Study On The Relationship Between Leukopenia And Wei Qi

Objective:By studying the relationship between leucopenia and weiqi,the correlation between the degree of deficiency of weiqi and the degree of leucopenia was discussed,which provided theoretical basis for the treatment of leucopenia with traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Method:In this study,100 patients with leukopenia were enrolled in the outpatient and inpatient department of Zhejiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in accordance with the criteria for diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases[1],edited by Zhang Zhinan and Shen Yi.Blood routine+CRP,biochemical,stool routine+OB,urine routine and electrocardiogram were improved.After meeting the inclusion criteria,patients were randomly divided into group A according to the degree of leukopenia(leucopenia degree).Leukocyte count was 2.0-4.0×10~9/L and B(leucopenia was severe,leucocyte count was less than 2.0×10~9/L).The incidence of infection in each group within one month was counted,and the symptoms were recorded and scored according to the quantitative table of Weiqi status.SPSS 19 software was used to analyze the results of all data,to explore the relationship between leucopenia and Weiqi,and the correlation between leucopenia and Wei Qi deficiency.Result:The incidence of infection in group A was lower than that in group B.T test showed that the incidence of infection in patients with high white blood cell count was lower than that in patients with low white blood cell count(P<0.05).The score of Wei Qi condition in group A was lower than that in group B.T test showed that the degree of Wei Qi deficiency in group A was lower than that in group B,indicating that the degree of Wei Qi deficiency in patients with high white blood cell count was lower than that in patients with low white blood cell count.Conclusion:The more serious the leucopenia is,the higher the incidence of infection is,and the more serious the degree of Wei Qi deficiency is.Leukocyte is a part of the function of Wei Qi,which can reflect the degree of Wei Qi deficiency by counting white blood cells.
