Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum characteristics such as 25hydroxy-vitamin D(25-(OH)D)and type 2 diabetes(T2DM) combined with nonalcoh-olic fatty liver(NAFLD).Provide new insights into disease prevention, prognosis, and diagnosis and treatment of patients with T2 DM and NAFLD.Methods:The clinical data of 142 patients with T2 DM admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 20 to February 2019 were retrospect-ively analyzed. All patients underwent abdominal color Doppler ultrasound examinat-ion and were divided into two groups according to the results of color Doppler ultrasound. There were 111 patients in group A(T2DM with NAFLD group) and 31 patients in group B(only T2 DM group).Record general data such as height(Ht),weight(Wt),systolic blood pressure(SBP),and diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and collect serological indicators: fasting ? 12 hours venous blood 25 hydroxy-vitamin D[25-(OH)D ],ferritin(SF),homocysteine(HCY),vitamin B12(VB12),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),renal function(SUA,Scr),liver function(ALB,ALT,AST,?-GT,ALP),blood lipids(TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,non-HDL-C,ApoB),and BMI was calculated. The differences in serological markers between the two groups were compared, and the data were analyzed by t-test and logistic analysis using SPSS 24.0.Results:1.There were no significant differences in Ht,Wt,BMI,SBP,DBP,VB12,FPG,HbA1 c,Sc r,ALB,AST,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,and Ap o B in groups A and B.2.25-(OH)D in group A was lower than that in group B,SUA,non-HDL-C,HCY,SF,TG,gamma GT,ALP,ALT are higher than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Multiariable Logistic regression analysis of 25(OH) D(OR = 0.841),the non-HDL-C(OR = 1.676),SF,(OR = 1.004),HCY(OR = 1.584)is a risk factor for T2 DM with NAFLD.Conclusion:25(OH)D levels significantly decreased in the merger of T2 DM NAFLD group,non-HDL-C,SF,HCY levels increased significantly,is a risk factor for T2 DM combined NAFLD,on T2 DM combined the onset of NAFLD has important reference significance and prevention.
