Clinical Characteristics, Risk Factors And Prognosis Of Severe Drug Eruption Complicated With Liver Damage

ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with severe drug eruption complicated with liver damage,to find out the risk factors and prognostic factors of patients with severe drug eruption complicated with liver damage,and to intervene early so as to improve the survival rate of patients.Methods1.We choose January 2012 to January 2018,and then collected he medical records of the patients with severe drug eruption in Department of dermatology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University.They were divided into two groups: severe drug eruption with liver damage(experimental group)and severe drug eruption without liver damage(control group).2.Retrospective analysis of the clinical characteristics of severe drug eruption with liver damage(experimental group)and severe drug eruption without liver damage(control group).Logistic regression analysis was carried out to find out the risk factors of severe drug eruption with liver damage.3.We choose January 2012 to January 2018,and then collected he medical records of the patients with severe drug eruption complicated with liver damage in Department of dermatology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University.They were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group.The clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared in order to find out the factors affecting the prognosis of the patients.in order to find out the factors affecting the prognosis of patients.Results1.This study included 81 patients with severe drug eruption and 25 patients with severe drug eruption and liver damage.There were 12 males and 13 females,The age ranged from 23 to 85 years,with an average age of(54.68±17.21)years.2.There was no significant difference in age,sex,drinking history,allergy history and hypertension history between the two groups.Hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia are independent risk factors for severe drug eruption with liver damage.3.High levels of ALT?TBIL?ALP?CRP are related to the prognosis of severe drug eruption with liver damage.Conclusion1.Clinicians should attach great importance to severe drug eruption with liver damage,strengthen drug supervision,and be familiar with the main ingredients,contraindications,adverse reactions and interactions of common drugs.2.Hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia are independent risk factors for severe drug eruption with liver damage.3.High levels of ALT?TBIL?ALP?CRP are related to the prognosis of severe drug eruption with liver damage.
