Clinical Retrospective Analysis On 52 Patients With Severe Drug Eruption

[Objective] To summarize the effective methods on severe drug eruption through retrospective analysis on its clinical manifestation; complication; clinical and turnover.[Method] Choose 52 patients with severe drug eruption who received the whole and systematic treatments.[Conclusion] Once severe drug eruption diagnosed, every measure must be taken to save the patients. Correct and systemic treatments are vital to decrease the mortality of severe drug eruption. At first, high dose of glucocorticoid must be used as early as possible. At course of treatment, intravenous immunoglobulins have positive effects on the patients, but its use are to be further investigated. Then some supportive care is also important. At the same time, all kinds of complications should be prevented in order to relieve patient's condition.
