Study On The Application Law Of Platycodon Grandiflorum In "Treatise On Febrile And Miscellaneous Diseases" And "Secretary On Outer Taiwan"

Objective:In order to clarify the application rules of platycodon grandiflorum,and provide reference for clinical application and formulation development,this paper aims to study and summarize the application rules of platycodon grandiflorum through the combination of platycodon grandiflorum prescription in the treatise “Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases” and the “secret of outer Taiwan”.Method:Through the literature research method,the basic situation of platycodon grandiflorum research in previous dynasties is sorted out.By using the method of original text analysis,the compatibility rules of platycodon grandiflorum in treatise “Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases”are analyzed and summarized.Using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,this paper analyzes the formula combination rules and core combination of platycodon grandiflorum in "secret of outer Taiwan".Result:the "point" can be used as a weight-bearing unit or a proportional relationship;The main disease of the platycodon in the sputum is mainly the pharynx,and the main treatment place is the chest and flank in the “secret of outer Taiwan”;Discover the typical compatibility of platycodon grandiflorum with licorice,Fritillaria,big belly betel nut,Tamping,atractylodes,windproof,angelica and other drugs.Conclusion:The attendant position of the platycodon is in the pharynx and chest flank,but it also involves the abdomen and the whole body.It is not a special medicine for pharynx,and it has certain characteristics in combination with some Chinese medicines;On the basis of the idea of using Zhongjing,"secret of outer Taiwan" developed the scope of application of compatibility with Yiqi Jianpi medicine and expanded clinical application.
