Purpose:To summarize and analyze the clinical characteristics of cerebral henorrhage with chronic kidney disease.lt may throw light on the diagnosis, treatment and research of this disease. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of the study, the cases of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University from June 2013 to June 2018 were collected.Cases of cerebral hemorrhage with chronic kidney disease as chronic kidney disease group, and cases of cerebral hemorrhage without chronic kidney disease as non-chronic kidney disease group. Results:The average age in chronic kidney disease group was 57.85±14.12 years old, which was younger than that in non-chronic kidney disease group(61.19±13.49),but there was no significant difference(p=0.220).Meanwhile,the ratio of men to women is 10:3 in chronic kidney disease group, and 29:23 in non-chronic kidney disease group, and there was significant difference(p=0.037).We also found that the volume of intracranial hematoma in chronic disease group was larger than that in non-chronic disease group(20.96 ml±15.65 ml vs 14.58 ml±16.23 ml,p=0.044),the GCS score in admission was lower(11.42±3.50 vs 13.08±3.05,p=0.012),the mortality rate was higher(34.6%vs 9.6%,P=0.004),the GOS prognosis score was lower(2.73±1.72 vs 4.33±1.31,P<0.001),and there were significant differences. However, there was no significant difference in the location of hematoma and the operation rate between the two groups(P>0.05)Conclusion:In a comparison of chronic kidney disease group patients and non-chronic kidney disease group patients, ehronic kidney disease group patients have higher proportion of males, larger volume of intracranial hematoma, lower admission GCS score and worse prognosis. This study can provide some basis for later clinical studies, but the results need to be further verified by large sample randomized controlled trials.
