Objective To summarize3162cases of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) of the primary disease etiology, clinical index correlation with the level of kidney function, analysis and researching the death related factors for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), for the treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD), and clinical basis for prevention and control to provide data.Method collected in March2010to March2010in the Atlantic2hospital, gansu province people’s hospital and LanDaYi hospital urology department at least18years of age in hospital,3162cases of patients with chronic kidney disease, the patient’s gender, age, primary disease were retrospectively analyzed and the biochemical indexes.Results3162cases of patients with chronic kidney disease, the average age was (47.77+17.77), primary glomerular nephritis (56.36%), diabetic nephropathy (16.14%), hypertensive nephropathy (12.54%), others (14.96%,5.93%of systemic lupus erythematosus (sle), polycystic kidney1.41%, obstructive nephropathy (0.67%) is the main cause of chronic kidney disease. Overall incidence of hypertension was60.28%, chronic kidney disease (CKD) from one period to the comparison between systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure comparison were statistically significant, P<0.001). Age,systolic blood pressure, HDL, LDL-C, there is a linear regression relation between rate of Hb and glomerular filtration. Lipid metabolism disorder of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) overall with elevated triglyceride (TG)(26.12%) and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) fall (27.80%) as the main characteristics of (P<0.01). Different etiologies of hemoglobin level in patients with diabetes for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) the lowest (99.79+27.66g/L), the highest (73.00%) and anaemia. The most common cause of death is cardiovascular disease (CVD), accounted for56.90%, followed by respiratory failure, uremia encephalopathy, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc. According to an analysis of related risk factors of death in patients with age, infection, albumin risk factors for death for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).Conclusion1. In the etiology of chronic kidney disease than on primary glomerular disease primary reason, the second, three were hypertensive nephropathy and diabetic nephropathy.2. Age,the systolic blood pressure, HDL, LDL-C, Hb and strongly related to the level of kidney function can be used as a testing index of kidney function.3. Age, infection and albumin are risk factors for death for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).
