Objective:To explore the construction of an informationized regional active neonatal transport network(IRANTN).According to the collation and statistical analysis of the 2 years of critical newborn transfer data of the Newborn Transit Center in Children's Hospital of Suzhou University,to understand the actual operation of the informationized regional active neonatal transport network, evaluate and summarize the functions and effects of the new system and explore a new type of neonatal transport mode suitable for China's national conditions. Methods:Constructing an informationized regional active neonatal transport network centered on the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)of the hospital. From September 2017 to August 2018,1737 neonates transported after the construction of new transport network were enrolled as observation group;from September 2016 to August 2017,1727 neonates transported before the construction of this network were enrolled as control group.Retrospectively, general clinical data, disease classification, referral hospital, referral distance and time, oxygen supply during referral, hospitalization time, and outcome were collected. Results:By recommending advanced information-based equipment, the informationized regional active neonatal transport network was successfully constructed. After the implementation of informationized regional active neonatal transport network, there was no significant difference in the sex, gestational age, birth weight and age of neonates transported. The composition of most major diseases was not significantly different, and the proportion of preterm infants was lower than before(P<0.05).There was no difference in the level distribution of referral hospitals. The proportion of referral children from tertiary hospitals was lower than before, and the proportion of referral children from secondary hospitals increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mobilization time, transit distance and hospitalization time of transit newborns.During the transit, the proportion of CPAP treatment was reduced, and the proportion of ventilator-assisted treatment increased(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia was decreased when the newborns was transferred to our hospital(P<0.05).The cure rate of transported newborns increased from 84.6%to 91.1%,and the mortality rate decreased from 2.2%to 1.0%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)The information-based regional active neonatal transport network with Suzhou characteristics is suitable for China's national conditions and feasible. It can provide a model and reference for the construction of neonatal transport system in China, and it is worth learning and promoting.(2)Informatized regional neonatal active transport network can improve the first-aid level of critically ill newborns in relevant hospitals, effectively improve the cure rate and reduce the mortality rate.
