Part 1 Applied Value of NLR,WBC and CRP in PCI Surgery of Coronary Heart DiseaseObjectives:To explore the variation of NLR,WBC and CRP levels in CHD patients before and after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and then analyze its correlation with patients' prognosis.Methods:30 cases of CHD patients received PCI therapy from January 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in the observation group, while another 30 healthy people with no abnormality found in coronary angiography were enrolled as the control group. The difference in their serum NLR,WBC and CRP levels were observed. The variation of serum NLR,WBC and CRP levels at different time points after PCI surgery were recorded.Based on post PCI surgery follow up,the patients were classified as MACE-positive group and MACE-negative group according to whether occurrence of MACE.The difference in their serum NLR,WBC and CRP levels between the two groups were observed before and after surgery.Results:(1)Before PCI surgery, the serum NLR,WBC and CRP levels in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with that before surgery and control groups, serum NLR,WBC and CRP levels were significantly increased 24h after PCI surgery(p>0.05).The levels decreased at 1 week and 1 month after surgery, and the serum indicator was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).(2)The follow-up found that 5 patients(16.67%)had MACE.According to the changes of serum indicators between two groups in different times, the serum NLR,WBC and CRP levels in the MACE-positive group at different time points before and after surgery were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Serum NLR,WBC,and CRP levels increase in CHD patients after PCI surgery, which gradually decrease after peaking at 24hr.(2)Serum NLR,WBC,and CRP levels in MACE-positive group are higher than that before PCI surgery, which are higher than that in MACE-negative group with no obvious decrease one week after surgery.(3)Serum NLR,WBC,and CRP levels may become the correlated indicators for forecasting CHD PCI surgeryPart 2 Applied Value of NLR,WBC and CRP in Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)Objectives:To explore the levels of NLR,WBC and CRP in CHD patients with different degrees of arteriostenosis, and then analyze whether these three indicators are correlated with the coronary stenosis.Methods:(1)8 patients diagnosed as CHD through coronary angiography were enrolled in the case group, and 30 patients concurrently excluded from coronary artery lesion by coronary angiography were enrolled in the control group.(2)According to the results of CAG examination:35 cases(25?49%)in group A had coronary stenosis,35 cases(50?70%)in group B had coronary stenosis, and 32 cases(>70%,)in group C had coronary stenosis;30 cases in non-CHD group showed negative in coronary angiography.(3)The serum NLR,WBC and CRP in the four groups of subjects were compared to analyze if there is difference, whether the three indicators are related to the Gensini score, and whether these are the risk factors for causing CHD arteriostenosis.Results:(1)The levels of NLR,WBC,CRP and LDL-C also enhanced as the increased degree of coronary stenosis. The comparative difference of the four groups was statistically significant(p<0.01).(2)Correlation analysis found that NLR,WBC,CRP and Gensini scores presented a significant positive correlation(R=0.569 P=0.000,R=0.669 P=0.000,R=0.514 P=0.000)(3)NLR(OR:3.675,95%CI:1.453 to 1.945),WBC(OR:1.343,95%CI:1.487 to 2.455)and CRP(OR:2.689,95%CI:1.475 to 1.652)are risk factors causing coronary stenosis.Conclusions:1.There was a significant positive correlation among NLR,WBC,CRP and Gensini score of patients with CHD.2.NLR,WBC,and CRP are risk factors causing coronary stenosis.3.NLR,WBC and CRP may become the reference indicators for clinically evaluating CHD and coronary stenosis degree.
