Background:In terms of eancer incidence worldwide,Breast Cancer is the most common malignant tumor among women worldwide,and its surgical operations have been great improved.In the surgical operation of breast cancer,from the previous extended radical mastectomy,to the modified radical mastectomy,and to the current precious treatment model of breast reservation radical mastectomy,surgeons have constantly new understanding of the management of armpit.Axillary management is very important.In the lymph node metastasis of breast cancer,the first transfer station for cancer cells through lymphatics is lymph node,and we call it sentinal lymph node biopsy,SLNB,which is discussed by surgeons for the problems of axillary in last century.Nowadays,lymph node biopsy,SLNB has become a standard treatment for breast cancer surgery.In terms of not affecting the prognosis of breast cancer patient,avoiding axillary dissection.Thus reduce the upper limb edema,paresthesis and other postoperative eomplieations.However,due to the immature technology and the lack of international unified SLNB method standard,the sensitive and false negative rate of SLNB have been a big problem troubling surgeons.Therefore,how to carry out SLNB conveniently and accurately under the condition of ensuring false negative rate of SLNB has become an urgent problem to be solved.Objective:To investigate the applied value of subcutaneous injection of ultrasound contrast agent and ultrasound guided with titanium clip location in the study of sentinel lymph node in breast cancer.Methods:For patients with breast cancer diagnosed by clinical diagnosis and tumor pathology,1 ml of ulphur hexafluoride contrast agent SonoVue was injected subcutaneously through the nipple 3/6/9/12,and the enhancement of SLN contrast in the ipsilateral axilla was observed.The model,the number of lymph nodes,and the positioning of the titanium clip,combined with the rapid pathological examination during operation,explored the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with titanium clip positioning in SLN detection.Results:In this study,67 patients with contrast-enhanced ultrasound were successfully located,the success rate was 93.1%?in 67 patients with SLN,the detection rate was 100%,and the specificity was 100%and the sensitivity was 90.9%in the evaluation of SLN metastasis by contrast-enhanced ultrasound.In addition,no adverse events occurred in all of the patients who were positioned.Conclusion:With the contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with titanium clip positioning,it has a high success rate and sensitivity which can locate and diagnose SLN.It is recommendable in breast cancer.
