Serial Study Of Sentinel Lymph Node Ultrasound-guided Fine Needle Aspiration Of Sentinel Lymph Node

Objective To analyze the significance of two-dimensional and subcutaneous injection of ultrasound contrast agent on sentinel lymph node and fine needle aspiration. Explore the clinical value of sentinel lymph node fine with needle aspiration.Methods Under the observation of two-dimensional imaging of axillary lymph nodes and sentinel lymph nodes were observed and recorded the number, lymph node were detected metastasis by fine needle aspiration,which was compared with postoperative pathology. It provided help to surgery choice of breast cancer.Results (1) 32 patients in the sentinel lymph node was found by ultrasound 35. 32 cases of breast cancer sentinel lymph node detection rate was 78.1%. (2) The method of 7-spot fine needle aspiration cytology showed no significant differences between the various points that the points can type on behalf of lymph nodes. (3) Sentinel lymph nodes by fine needle aspiration cytology in the pathology test results and comparative analysis of the pathological results, the accuracy was 87.5%, sensitivity was 84%, specificity was 100%, false negative rate was 16%.Conclusion (1) Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound can effectively find the sentinel lymph node. (2) Each spot of 7 -spots-puncture method with ultrasonic guided fine needle aspiration can type on behalf of lymph nodes. (3) Ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration cytology in the clinical application need further study.
