Objective: In order to evaluate the severity of Glomerulonephritis after acute streptococcal infection, the NT-proBNP levels of patients with different conditions of APSGN and patients with severe circulatory congestion before and after treatment were compared, and the laboratory evaluation indexes of APSGN complicated with severe circulatory congestion were found. Methods: Through case-control analysis,103 children with acute streptococcal infection in the Department of Pediatrics,Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture people's Hospital within 3 years were collected and included in the study.Among them, the necessary grade standards were set up in order to compare and analyze the patients with different disease conditions, which can be divided into general group(83cases)and severe group(20 cases). In the process of experimental comparison,it is also necessary to set up the corresponding control group. Results: by comparing the results of horizontal comparison between the experimental group and the control group and the experimental group, the results showed that the level of NT-pro BNP in the acute stage of APSGN in children was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The level of serum NT-pro BNP in the severe group was significantly higher than that in the normal group, and there was no significant difference between the NT-pro BNP level in the recovery stage of the case group and the experimentalcontrol group. And according to the related curve changes, the APSGN general group and the severe disease group. The critical value of blood NT-pro BNP was 4000 PG / mL,the sensitivity was 90% and the specificity was 84.34%.Conclusion: the level of NT-pro BNP plays an important role in children with glomerulonephritis after acute streptococcal infection. The level of NT-pro BNP can effectively evaluate the severity of APSGN and the therapeutic effect, that is,the more severe the condition of APSGN,the higher the level of NT-pro BNP in plasma. The level of NT-pro BNP can be used as an index of the severity of circulatory congestion in children with acute streptococcal glomerulonephritis.
