| 1.The analysis of Clinical features of Meige syndrome with Anxiety and Depression.Objective:To observe the clinical features of Meige syndrome with anxiety and depression.Methods:HAMA and HAMD were used in 64 patients with Meige Syndrome.At the same time,collected the score of HAMA and HAMD of 62 cases normal control group and 60 cases hemifacial spasm group to compare the incidence rate within the two groups.Results:The incidence of anxiety and depression in Meige syndrome group was significantly higher than that in hemifacial spasm group and normal control group.Conclusion:The incidence of anxiety and depression is higher in Meige syndrome patients and anxiety and depression have nothing to do with gender,age and course of disease.2.The effectiveness analysis of Meige syndrome with Anxiety and Depression by BTX-A injection.Objective:To observe the effect of BTX-A on anxiety and depression in patients with Meige syndrome.Methods:64 patients with Meige syndrome were scored by HAMA and HAMD before BTX-A injection,which was visited at the 1,3,6 months to compare the therapeutic effect and scored again.At the same time,64 patients were divided into two groups according to the score:Meige syndrome with anxiety and depression group and Meige syndrome without anxiety and depression group,to compare the onset time,the peak times of therapeutic effect,the grade and the duration of the effect within the two groups.Results:The best effect was achieved at the first month after the injection of BTX-A.The curative effect was reduced at the 3rd month and relapsed at the 6th month,but all were better than before treatment.The accompanying symptoms of anxiety and depression were also improved.There was no difference in the onset time between the two groups,the peak time of therapeutic effect,the grade and the duration of the effect.Conclusion:BTX-A relieves the symptoms of Meige syndrome while improving the patient's psychological state. |
