method,the precision of the instrument,the repeatability of the sample were all qualified,the recovery rate of the total content of the ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride(99.6%),and the recovery rate of amygdalin(99.5%)met the requirements;The total content of the ephedrine hydrochloride and the pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and the content of amygdalin were 2.3%and 2.2%on average.The average transfer rate of total amount of the components of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and the average transfer rate of amygdalin were 26.7%and 43.8%.No discrete data appeared(70%?130%of the average value).The transfer rate of total amount of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and the transfer rate of amygdalin were 18.7%?34.7%and 33.8%?62.8%provisionally.The extract average rate of 15 batches of the substance benchmarks was 18.1%.No discrete data appeared(70%?130%of the average value).The extract average
