ObjectiveTo probe into the impacts of finger gymnastic on the degree of hand swelling, pain in the wrist and palm, oxygen saturation, extent of anxiety, and comfort level after Transradial coronary intervention.Methods90 patients with coronary heart disease who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in a cardiovascular department of a top three hospital in Wuhan from March to September 2018 were selected as subjects by means of Convenience Sampling.90 patients were stochastically divided into control group and observation group by random number table. There were 45 cases in each group.Routine care was taken in both groups after operation. The control group used conventional finger movements and the observation group used finger gymnastic. The degree of hand swelling, wrist and palm pain score, the score of the extent of anxiety, comfort level score, and the measures of oxygen saturation were observed at 6 hours after operation.Results(1)There was no remarkable difference in the general data between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)The degree of hand swelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after the intervention(P<0.01).(3)The score of wrist and palm pain in the observation group were lower than that in the control group, and the results of the two groups were statistically different after intervention(P<0.01)..(4)The measures of oxygen saturation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and there was a statistically difference between the results of the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).(5)The scores of the extent of anxiety in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and there was a statistically striking difference between the two groups in the results after the intervention(P<0.01).(6)The comfort level score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the results of the two groups were statistically different after intervention(P<0.01).Conclusions(1)Finger gymnastic is superior to conventional care in relieving the degree of hand swelling in patients undergoing transradial coronary intervention;(2)Finger gymnastic is better than conventional care in alleviating pain in the wrist of the wrist after transradial coronary intervention;(3)Finger gymnastic is superior to conventional care in promoting blood circulation and improving oxygen saturation in those patients who suffering transradial coronary intervention;(4)Finger gymnastic is superior to conventional care in relieving anxiety of patients after transradial coronary intervention;(5)Finger gymnastic is superior to conventional care in promoting patient comfort after transradial coronary intervention.
