ObjectiveTo discuss the effect of adjustable bracket raise hands, and detumescence finger exercise or their combination on the postoperative complications of trans-radial coronary angiography, so as to provide the basis for clinical nurses who can nurse the patients simply, safely and scientifically after their operation. MethodsThis study is quasi-experimental study.According to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, 320 patients underwent Coronary Artery Angiography in ward five and ward six Department of Cardiology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University during October 2014~February 2015 were selected, including 188 men and 132 women between 35 and 81 years old. The patients in each ward were divided into two groups. One group of the patients from Ward five were called Group A, the Group A were treated by Adjustable Hand Raise Bracket based on the conventional therapy after their operation; the other group of the patients from Ward five were called Group C, the Group C were treated by Adjustable Hand Raised Bracket and Finger Exercises with the conventional treatment. And one group of the patients from Ward six were called Group B, the Group B were treated by Finger Exercises on the basis of routine treatment;the other group from the patients of Ward six were called the control group Group D,the patients in the control group were treated only by routine therapy after their operation.Data of all the patients in four groups were collected at 8 hours post operatively, including their wound swelling, pain, bleeding, their sleeping status.Data Analysis was carried out with software SPSS17.0 and the inspection standard was set to α=0.05(bilateral). Measurement data using single factor analysis of variance, categorical data was analyzed using the chi square test, hierarchical data were multiple independent samples rank sum test of nonparametric test. ResultsThe differences among four groups of the patients had no statistical significance(P>0.05) in the aspect of the basic clinical data such as sex, age, body mass index, education level, smoking alcohol history, PCI and related high risk disease history. Results after the clinical intervention indicates that : 1.The degree of swelling of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). And the swelling in Group C was the lightest. The differences in the swelling between Group A and group B had no statistically significance(Z=3.476, P=3.476). 2. The differences in the degree of pain between Group A and group D had no statistically significance(Z=0.820, P=0.365). And in Group C the Hand Raising Bracket effectively relieved the suffering of patients in combination with Finger Exercises at 8 hours post operatively(Z=10.631, P=0.001). 3. The differences of the amounts of the bleeding in four groups had no statistical significance at 8 hours post operatively(Z=1.230, P=0.746).4.The rates of insomnia in group A, B, C and D were 72.50%, 61.25%, 50% and 76.25% respectively. The Adjustable Hand Raising Bracket effectively alleviated sleep disorders and improved the patients’ sleep quality in combination with Finger Exercises,(Z=17.565, P=0.001). When the patients were treated only by Finger Exercises, We got the same conclusion. But Adjustable Hand Raising Bracket had no effect on the patients’ sleep state(Z=1.055, P=0.304). ConclusionFinger Exercises and Adjustable Hand Raising Bracket, in combination can not only significantly reduce the incidence of swelling, pain and other complications with high safety factor, but also effectively alleviate patients’ sleep disorders after their Trans-radial intervention operation.
