| Objectivse:(1)To understand the level of cardiac insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes through scale survey.(2)To understand the level of self-efficacy of patients with type 2 diabetes through scale survey.(3)To explore the influence of general demographic data, disease characteristics and other factors on the cardiac insulin resistance of patients with type 2 diabetes.(4)To explore the influence of general demographic data, disease characteristics and other factors on self-efficacy of patients with type 2 diabetes(5)To analyze the correlation between psychogenic insulin resistance and self-efficacy of patients with type 2 diabetes,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical intervention research. Methods:Using a convenient sampling method,188 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to a top three hospital in Hubei Province were selected as subjects for study. The general data questionnaire, the diabetes self-efficacy scale, and my opinion on insulin were used. The table was cross-sectional surveyed.Participants completed the questionnaire during the investigator’s investigation and assessed the patient’s self-efficacy and psychological insulin resistance levels through two scales.Data entry was performed using SPSS 19.0 software, and statistical analysis was performed using descriptive analysis, independent sample t test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:(1)The total score of self-efficacy ability of type 2 diabetes patients was divided into 83.35±18.11.(2)There were differences in self-efficacy ability between type 2 diabetes patients with different gender, education level, family monthly income, number of comorbidities and hospitalizations(P<0.05).(3)The total score of psychological insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes was 102.71±14.671.(4)Psychological insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes patients of different ages, occupations, education levels, monthly household income, medical expenses, monthly self-pay,family history, duration of illness, number of hospitalizations, number of comorbidities, and insulin use time There was a difference in levels(P<0.05).(5)Correlation analysis between psychological insulin resistance and self-efficacy scores in patients with type 2 diabetes m=0.337,p<0.05,the results showed a positive correlation.Conclusions:(1)Patients with type 2 diabetes have a moderate level of self-efficacy.(2)Factors affecting the self-efficacy of patients with type 2 diabetes include gender, education level, monthly income of family per capita, number of comorbidities, and number of hospitalizations.(3)Psychological insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes is at a moderate level.(4)Factors affecting psychological insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes include age, occupation, education level, monthly income per capita, medical expenses, monthly self-pay,family history, duration, number of hospitalizations, number of complications, insulin usage time.(5)The lower the psychological insulin resistance of patients with type 2 diabetes, the higher the self-efficacy ability. |
