Objective:To understand the satisfaction of the department staff by conducting a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of the medical staff in the clinical department of the sample hospital, and then using the data envelopment analysis(DEA)to measure the operational efficiency of the clinical department of the hospital, and to study whether the two are related.,this can improve the operational efficiency of the department by improving the job satisfaction of employees. Methods: Based on the systematic collection of the number of employees in each clinical department in 2016,the total expenditure and income, and the total number of emergency department visitors,an Excel database was established, and single factor statistical description was performed using SPSS 18.0.The DEA-C2 R and DEA-BC2 were used for departmental efficiency using DEAP 2.1 data envelopment analysis software.the study. The medical staff of each clinical department of the sample hospital were randomly selected as the satisfaction survey objects, and the Minnesota Satisfaction Scale(MSQ)was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the medical staff of the sample department.Compare and analyze the satisfaction and overall efficiency of each clinical department in the sample hospital and explore the relationship between the two. Results: 1.The high-to-low satisfaction of the employee satisfaction of each sample employee is the work life satisfaction, personal work input satisfaction, organizational commitment satisfaction, work environment satisfaction, leadership behavior and management measures satisfaction.2.There are 5 technical efficiency effective departments in the sample hospital, accounting for 13.52%;8 technical efficiency(0.6 ? technical efficiency <1),accounting for 21.62%;low efficiency(technical efficiency <0.6),24 departments One accounted for 64.86%.3.There are 6 departments in the sample hospitals in the same stage of scale return, accounting for 16.22%;26 departments with decreasing scale of returns, accounting for 70.27%;and 5 departments in the stage of increasing returns to scale. The proportion is 13.51%.4.The operating efficiency of the clinical departments of the 4 sample hospitals was quite different. The scale efficiency score was relatively high at 0.821,while the technical efficiency score was lower at 0.66.5.The mean efficiency of the lower overall satisfaction group(0.657±0.265)was higher than that of the higher satisfaction group(0.443±0.239)P<0.05;the average efficiency of the individual work input satisfaction group was lower(0.704 ± 0.247)than the higher satisfaction rate.Group(0.398±0.205)P<0.05.Conclusion: 1.The efficiency of the clinical sample of the hospitals in 2016 was mainly due to the contribution of scale efficiency, while the pure technical efficiency was at a low level.2.In 2016,the satisfaction of employees in clinical departments in the sample hospitals was generally at a low level.organizational commitment, work environment, leadership behavior and management measures, this three dimensions was the main aspect affecting employee satisfaction.3.The sample hospitals with lower employee satisfaction in 2016 are more likely to operate more efficiently than those with higher satisfaction.
