PurposeBased on comprehensive evaluation of the effects to assess hormone efficacy in immune kidney disease at home and abroad,the optimal evaluation indicators were selected to correct the impact factors,and integrate the advantages,weight and so on the reasonable digitization,create a comprehensive computer digital analysis system,It can reasonably,scientifically,accurately and effectively predict the efficacy of hormone in immune kidney disease,Then compare the efficacy of the established system with the actual clinical effects of hormones and further verify the accuracy of the creation system,The last apply the analysis system to clinical research.Method1.The create of digital module to judge the hormone efficacy in immune kidney disease?1?Retrieve database China CNKI journals?Wanfang?Chinese science and technology periodical?Pubmed?the Medline?Web of Science?Embase the Cochrane library database,and manual retrieval conference materials,dissertations and books,as far as possible fully conform to the standard of literature collection,understand the domestic and foreign various assessment method of hormone efficacy in immune kidney disease,Then selecting,digitizing,filtering,integrating the advantages of the ideal practical indicators and weighting the relevant indicators reasonably according to the statistical principle,Finally creating prognosis digital system for judging the hormone efficacy in immune kidney disease.The system consists of 9 subsystems,respectively is the prognosis to hormone curative effect for IKD by?angle,the prognosis to hormone curative effect for IKD by SPI,The prognosis to hormone curative effect for IKD by RGP and urinary A/G,the prognosis to hormone curative effect for IKD by RBP and urinary C3,the prognosis to hormone curative effect for IKD by urinary?1-MG and?2-MG,the prognosis to hormone curative effect for IKD by FE-Mg and FE-IgG,the prognosis to hormone curative effect for IKD by blood IgG1/IgM and IgG/IgM,the prognosis to hormone curative effect for IKD by renal pathology score,the predictive hormone efficacy diagnostic model?including wang's Logi.Regression equation and retrospectively analyzed the data of 46 patients admitted to our hospital and diagnosed as IKD and receive renal biopsy in the past 2 year.In view of the absence of some inspection projects in the hospital,the above 10 systems were divided into 9 observation groups.Respectively is IKD-HCeP by??IKD-HCeP by SPI?IKD-HCeP by U?1-M?IKD-HCeP by U?2-MG?IKD-HCeP by SIgG/IgM?IKD-HCeP by FE-IgG?IKD-HCeP statistical analysis of the collected data,and the above 9 observation groups were paired with the control group for for chi-square test in the four-grid table,diagnostic test evaluation and ROC curve efficacy of hormone in immune kidney disease,reasonably digitizing them,repeatedly correcting and eliminating the relevant influencing factors,and integrating the advantages of relevant indicators with reasonable weights.The system including nine subsystems and a comprehensive system.?2?The system interface is beautiful,clear and simple.Computers can integrate complex digital programs quickly and scientifically.?3?The system can realize resource sharing,and the operator can call relevant data according to personal needs at any time.The operation process is simple and fast.Test results and reports can be saved,transmitted and printed with explanations,and relevant"hints"can be attached to the report sheet to facilitate clinicians to grasp the characteristics and clinical significance of relevant indicators more comprehensively,accurately and effectively.?4?After repeated comprehensive new investigation confirmed that there are still no identical or similar domestic and foreign reports,the creation of the system to fill the gaps at home and abroad in this field of predicting hormone efficacy.2.The clinical comparative study on IKD-HCeP C Digi.DJA SysA total of 46 patients were included in this study,including 12 patients with actual hormone resistance and 34 patients with actual hormone sensitivity.The hormone resistance rate?positive rate?was 26.09%,and the actual hormone sensitivity rate?negative rate?was 73.91%.The positive rate?hormone resistance rate?and negative rate?hormone sensitivity rate?of the control group and each observation group were taken as evaluation indexes.Through chi-square test of paired four-grid table,it is found that IKD-HCe is highly consistent with IKD-HCeP by ILi'sRPS and ikdhce-cdigcs&p,and there was no significant difference between IKD-HCe and IKD-HCeP by ILi'sRPS,IKDHCE-CDigCS&P?P1=0.625,P2=0.492?.The IKD-HCeP by ILi'sRPS and IKDHCE-CDigCS&P system can accurately predict the effect of hormone therapy and can be applied in clinical practice.3.Diagnostic test evaluation and ROC curve study on IKD-HCeP C Digi.DJA SysThe IKD-HCe was taken as the control group,and the predicted results of each system in the analysis system created were were taken as the observation group.Through the evaluation of diagnostic test,it is found that the comprehensive analysis of sensitivity and specificity of IKD-HCeP by ILi'sRPS and IKDHCE-CDigCS&P evaluation with IKD-HCe as the control group is significantly superior to other subsystems.IKDHCE-CDigCS&P has the largest Youden index,which is 0.80,the area under the ROC curve is0.924,and the area standard error is 0.042,indicating IKDHCE-CDigCS&P can be used to determine the effect of hormone.Therefore,IKDHCE-CDigCS&P is the best to evaluate the efficacy and accurately evaluate the effect of hormone.ConclusionThe newly created IKD-HCeP C Digi.DJA Sys is created by reasonably digitizing,integrating advantages and reasonably weighting optimal related indicators,and after repeated correction and elimination of relevant influencing factors.Compared with the single evaluation method,the detection system created is more accurate,comprehensive,reasonable and standardized.It makes up for the deficiency of single index in evaluating the effect of hormone of immune kidney disease and has very important clinical application value.
