In recent years,with the continuous improvement of medical standards,the traditional surgical procedures have been unable to meet the increasingly refined medical needs of people,and the demand for medicines and facilities is partly transformed into the demand for psychology and services.At this time,the design is constantly involved in the medical service system to promote the formation of a richer and more complete medical service system.In China,there are still few studies on mental health in the field of children's medical services.The common methods of children's anxiety intervention are affected by many factors such as limited energy of medical staff,cumbersome and tedious assessment tools,and difficulty for children to cooperate.Form an effective intervention.Therefore,it is necessary to use the means of design to intervene in children's perioperative anxiety,through design thinking and methods,to deeply understand children's anxiety,build a complete anxiety intervention tools,and difficulty in children's cooperation.Until now,there is no effective intervention.So it is necessary to use the means of design to intervene in children's perioperative anxiety with the help of design thinking and methods,we can deeply understand children's anxiety,build a complete anxiety intervention system for children,and improve the overall experience of children during perioperative period.The author first conducted desktop research in related literatures such as child health care,children's perioperative anxiety,and co-design and then started from the three treatment stages that children must undergo during the perioperative period,finally summarized the four core problems affecting children's perioperative anxiety intervention.The practical cases are used to explore the possibility of intervening to solve these four problems from the perspective of co-design.On the basis of it,a field investigation was carried out.Based on the perioperative process and contact points of children,based on the results of the previous desktop survey,the stage characteristics and needs of the perioperative anxiety intervention experience in children were verified and in-depth.Intervene the children's anxiety in the following four aspects,like cognitive,interactive,environmental and support aspects during perioperative period.Evaluate the opportunity point and design direction,which have influences in children's perioperative anxiety,by combining with the characteristics of co-design and user participation willing.Finally,combined with the conclusions of desktop research and field research,this paper proposes a synergistic mechanism for children's perioperative anxiety intervention and verifies the mechanism,and outputs the synergistic mechanism and anxiety intervention strategy for children's perioperative anxiety.In the subject of exporting children's perioperative anxiety intervention strategy,considering the characteristics of the children's group,the focus is on the overall experience and service perception of the child during the perioperative period.From the perspective of cognitive,we should screen medical information,use the power of digital media to establish an online and offline linkage information presentation method,and propose a contextualized information perception strategy to help children establish the medical cognition in the perioperative period.From the perspective of interaction,explore the interaction motivation of children in the perioperative period,and establish a variety of interactive modes and reward mechanisms;From the perspective of space,the concept of space recognition and emotional space is proposed,and the overall spatial perception is established for the children.Finally,with the support of society the children are supported by multi-dimensional means to help them relieve anxiety and establish confidence in diagnosis and treatment.From the perspective of perioperative anxiety intervention,this article intends to promote the basic diagnosis and treatment experience of children in the perioperative period to the emotional comprehensive service experience.From the perspective of co-design,this paper discusses how to support children's perioperative anxiety intervention from the perspective of multiple stakeholders,form a sustainable service closed loop,and finally output the design intervention strategy of children's perioperative anxiety problem to promote the development of design thinking in children's medical field.
