The Effect Of Dachaihu Decoction On Postoperative Inflammatory Factors In Patients With Acute Obstructive Suppurative Cholangitis

ObjectiveThis topic through randomized controlled trials to explore the impaet of postoperative Dachaihutang AOSC surgical stone with T-tube drainage important inflammatory factor.MethodsWe selected 34 patients with AOSC from August 2018 to April 2019 in our hospital for hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to SPSS random number method,17 cases in each group.The two groups of patients underwent routine examination,preoperative fasting,anti-infection,nutritional support,etc.,and underwent laparoscopic common bile duct incision with T-tube drainage under general anesthesia.On the basis of routine Western medicine treatment,the experimental group started taking Dachaihu soup on the basis of routine Western medicine treatment:Bupleurum,Astragalus,Chinese wolfberry,Pinellia,and medlar 10g,ginger 15g,jujube 4,rhubarb 5g;The agent was warmed to 100 ml and was taken continuously for 3 days after surgery.The control group was treated with western medicine alone.The clinical general effects of the two groups and the dynamic changes of CRP,PCT,IL-6 and TNF-α before and after surgery were observed.ResultsComparison of clinical general effieacy between the two groups:The average time of anal recovery and exhaust time in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group.After the test,P<0.05,there was statistical difference.Dachaihutang can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.ALT,ALB,TBIL by t test,at the first day after operation,P value were less than 0.05,there was a statistical difference;the first day after surgery,PT by t test,P value>0.05,no statistics difference.On the third day after operation,ALT and TBIL were tested by t test,P value was less than 0.05,and there was statistical difference.’rhe two groups of ALB and PT were tested by t test,P value>0.05,no statistical difference.CRP,PCT,IL-6 on the first day after operation,P value was less than 0.05,there was statistical difference;TNF-α was tested on the first day after operation,P value was greater than 0.05,no statistics Learn the difference.The mean values of CRP,PCT,IL-6 and TNF-α in the experimental group were smaller than those in the control group on the third day after operation.The P values were less than 0.05,which was statistically different,suggesting that the experimental group decreased significantly.ConclusionDa Chai Hu Tang can reduce the release of inflammatory factors in patients with AOSC,inhibit systemic inflammatory response,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after AOSC,and accelerate the rapid recovery after operation.
