Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Inheritance Of Famous Chinese Medicine

ObjectiveThis paper studies the key influencing factors of the academic experience of the old Chinese medicine,summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of the academic experience of the old Chinese medicine,and puts forward a reliable basis for improving the cultivation of the old Chinese medicine,the old Chinese medicine academic experience heirs and the excellent TCM students Training program,in order to enhance the level of academic experience of the famous Chinese medicine.MethodsBy using literature Research,Delphi method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis method,this paper searches the literature of academic inheritance and influencing factors of old Chinese medicine,determines the influence factor index of Likert Scale by Delphi method and designs questionnaire,and analyzes the survey results with descriptive analysis and influencing factors.Resu tsThrough principal component analysis,the old Chinese medicine believes that TCM cognitive ability,Western medicine acceptance,learning ability,personal accomplishment,value concept are the key influencing factors in the development of the academic experience inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine,and the academic heirs believe that the theory-real integration,professional accomplishment,personal quality,the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine books,The exchange of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is a key influencing factor in the development of academic experience of traditional Chinese medicine,and factor analysis extracts 5 factors to explain the variance(factor correlation)of 23.876 percent,20.198 percent,10.179 percent,10.087 percent,8.347 percent,respectively,and TCM majors believe that interpersonal relationship,professional accomplishment,reason-real integration,TCM culture self-confidence,TCM health and pragmatic,TCM ancient books inheritance,Western medicine clinical Research,exploration of the true meaning of four visits,TCM theoretical knowledge is the name of the old Chinese medicine academic experience of the development of the key influencing factors,factor correlation is 15.912 percent,8.001 percent,7.230 percent,7.071 percent,6.231 percent,5.548 percent,5.396 percent,5.382 percent,5.144 percent.ConclusionThe mode of academic experience inheritance of old Chinese medicine is still the inheritance mode of accepting "teacher Band" at the same time of college education.In the process of inheriting the academic experience of the old Chinese medicine,the reasons for studying medicine,the way of studying medicine,the habit of promoting the inheritance and development of the old Chinese medicine and the most influential ancient doctors and ancient books of the old Chinese medicine have not changed,but the most should have the quality and ability,the most hinder the old Chinese medicine inheritance and development habits,The schools that affect the inheritance of academic thought of old Chinese medicine have changed with the times.Although the influence factors of the old Chinese medicine,the old Chinese medicine academic heirs and the TCM majors are in TCM,Western medicine,learning,accomplishment,values and so on,the key influencing factors of the academic heirs group are the five new influencing factors which are split and reorganized and formed separately on the basis of the influencing factors of the old Chinese medicine group.The key influencing factors of TCM majors are nine new influencing factors,such as splitting and reorganizing and the extension of individual influencing factors on the basis of the influencing factors of the old Chinese medicine and the academic inheritors group.
