ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to investigate and discuss the preoperative estimation of the isometric tunnel placements on lateral femoral condyle in the single bundle reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)by using CT scan and 3D reconstruction, and to make the operation closer to the idea of i sometric reconstruction.Methods9 patients with unilateral anterior cruciate ligament injury(9 patients with 9 knees)before surgery the normal side of knee joint in the knee extension 0 degrees and flexion 90 degrees do CT scan, and do the Lysholm score and the IKDC score;Accordi ng to CT three-dimensional reconstruction and measurement data, locate the femur lateral condyle tunnel center point(point i),and proceed the anterior cruciate l igament reconstruct ion surgery, postoperat ive ipsilateral knee joint CT scan and 3D reconstruction, after 6 months do the Lysholm score and IKDC score again, the actual tunnel center point(r point)of femur lateral condyle were measured in the CT scan data, compare with the preoperative design(point i)linear distance, then proceed the data analysis, test the effect of deviation distance on joint score.ResultsAfter the operation, the straight line distance(L)between the actual lateral femoral condyle tunnel internal portal and the preoperative positioning point, and the difference between 6 months after operation Lysholm score and 1 days before operation Lysholm score(D)(Sig.<0.05)(Pearson correlation coefficient-0.756),and the difference between 6 months after operation IKDC score and 1 days before operation IKDC score(d)(Sig.<0.01)(Pearson correlation coefficient-0.805)showed a significant negative correlation, statistically significant.ConclusionThe bigger difference between the actual location of the center point of the femoral tunnel internal portal and the preoperative alignment point under the guidance of preoperative design of this research, the less improvement of the knee function score difference between the score of 6 months after operation and the score of 1 day before operation.
