Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Nerve Tinnitus Treated Mainly By Pricking Initial Acupoi Nts With Lingnan Fire Needle

ObjectiveThrough prospective clinical randomized controlled trials,To compare the clinical efficacy of the treatment of nerve tinnitus with needling and ordinary acupuncture in Lingnan fire point piercings,To seek a new and effective treatment for neurotic tinnitus.MethodsBased on diagnosis and incorporation criteria,Select 64 cases f"or observation,Random divided into treatment group and control group 32 cases each.Both groups were given tinnitus education and psychological counseling therapy.The treatment group was treated with Lingnan fire point pie.rcings combined with acupuncture,and the control group was treated with acupuncture only.Acupuncture the main point to select the side of the tinnitus,Ermen,Tinggong,Tinghui,the two sides of the Fengci,Zhongzhu,Xiaoxi.And according to the Chinese medical certificate type dialectical match points.The fire needle point thorn chooses Shaoyang Jing jing point,Zuqiaoyin,Guan Chong.The two groups treated three times a week,once every other daty,and four weeks for one course of treatment.A total of two courses were treated.The researchers completed the Ti nnitus Evaluation Quest ionnaire(TEQ)and the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI)before the treatment,4 weekends of treatment,and 8 weekends of treatment.Anallyze the clinical efficacy and efficiency of the first and second treatment courses on the 4th and 8th weekends.Finally,organize and use statistical software to analyze data.To evaluate the improvement of the Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire(TEQ)and the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),clinical efficacy and efficiency in two groups.Results(1)Before the treatment,there were no significant differences in age,sex,course,tinnitus,TCM syndrome distribution,TEQ scale score and THI scale score between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was comparability between the two groups.(2)The scores of TEQ,group comparison,after 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of THI scales were lower than before.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).It is suggested that both treatment measures can significantly improve the score of TEQ scale.Inter-group comparison,There was no significant difference between treatment group and control group in improving TEQ score after 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).It is suggested that the two groups of treatments have the same effect on improving TEQ score.After 8 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving the TEQ scale score(P<0.05).It was suggested that the treatment group could improve the TEQ scale score to a greater extent than the control group.(3)The scores of THI,after 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of THI scales were lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).It is suggested that both treatment measures can significantly improve the score of THI scale.Inter-group comparison,There was no significant difference between treatment group and control group in improving TEQ score after 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).It is suggested that the two groups of treatments have the same effect on improving TEQ score.After 8 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving the TEQ scale score(P<0.05).It was suggested that the treatment group could lower the score of THI scale and improve it more than the control group.(4)There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).The clinical curative effect was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions(1)The curative effect is clear through Lingnan fire point piercings mainly combined with acupuncture treatment of nerve tinnitus.(2)The main treatment of nerve tinnitus in Lingnan fire acupuncture point is superior to the general acupuncture treatment in reducing tinnitus,and improving the disability of tinnitus.At the same time,the prominence of this advantage is related to the course of treatment.
