Efficacy Observation Of Heat-sensitive Moxibust Ion Combined With Guizhi Decoction In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Guizhi Decoction on clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen qi deficiency,and provide clinical evidence for the treatment of allergic rhinitis with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Guizhi Decoction.MethodsThe 60 patients with allergic rhinitis of the lung and spleen qi deficiency type who met the inclusion criteria.All patients enrolled were divided into two groups according to random number table.Each of 30 cases.Patients in the observation group were treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Guizhi Decoction.Acupoint choose from heat-sensitive high-incidence area of Yintang point and Feishu point and Spleen point.Choose one acupoint treatment each time.It takes half an hour for each treatment time.Guizhi Decoction takes one dose a day,nine days for one course of treatment,two days of rest during the treatment,and treatment for two courses.Patients in the the control group were treated with desloratadine.Once a day,once a day for 20 days.And combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray.One or two times a day for 20 consecutive days.Do not take dugs when no symptoms Both groups were evaluated before treatment,after the end of the treatment,and after 2 weeks of follow-up.Evaluation was performed using the symptoms and signs score and rhinoconjunctivitis quality of Life questionnaire(RQLQ).Treatment results1.There were no significant differences in gender,age and disease duration between the two groups(P>0.05),so the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of symptoms and signs:In group comparison,after the end of the treatment and after 2 weeks of follow-up,the scores of symptoms and signs in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).Inter group comparison,after the end of the treatment and after 2 weeks of follow-up,the rank-sum test showed no significant difference in the total score of quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of quality of life scores:In group comparison,after the treatment,the total scores of quality of life scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).Inter group comparison,after the treatment,the rank-sum test showed no significant difference in the total score of quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant difference in quality of life score total difference,daily activities,non-/nasal eye symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy:After the end of the treatment,there were 30 cases in the observation group,of which 6 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 86.7%.There were 30 cases in the control group,of which 10 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was It is 86.7%.The efficiency of the two groups was no significant difference from the rank sum test(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of follow-up,the observation group consisted of 30 cases,of which 8 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 83.3%.In the control group,there were 30 cases,of which 8 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective.The effective rate is 80.0%.The follow-up efficiency of the two groups was no significant difference from the rank sum test(P>0.05).Conclusion1?Two therapies of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Guizhi Decoction and fluticasone propionate nasal spray combined with desloratadine have good clinical effects,high clinical efficiency and the follow-up effect on patients with nasal symptoms and signs;In the quality of daily life,two therapies can improve the quality of daily life of patients.However,heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Guizhi Decoction is better than western medicine in terms of improvement daily activities and non-nasal/eye symptoms.2?Considering the overall clinical efficacy,and safety of both therapies,the therapy of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Guizhi Decoction can be adjuste according to the patient' s certain symptom in patients with allergic rhinitis.Further embody the advantages of TCM treatment.It was worth of clinical application.
