Background: With the improvement of living standards,in order to seek a high-quality life for elderly patients, the improvement of TKA surgery technology and the in-depth study of knee prosthesis, the long-term effect of TKA surgery has been widely recognized,so the number of elderly patients undergoing KTA surgery is increasing. Most of the postoperative complications of TKA have also been well solved and prevented, but postoperative analgesia has always been a problem that cannot be well solved by our orthopedic physicians.OBJECTIVE: This study to observe the pp because, tranexamic acid after knee replacement articular cavity injection in patients with postoperative pain in patients with curative effect, increase the early knee motion and wound drainage only within a certain range, the postoperative articular cavity can pull out as soon as possible after application of tranexamic acid in patients with wound drainage tube, make the patient down line of postoperative functional exercise as soon as possible, thus improve the surgical curative effect. Methods: After unilateral TKA surgery in our hospital,80 patients with drainage volume of 50ml-100 ml on the second day after surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given(10ml normal saline +1.0g tranexamic acid)+ 10 ml ropivacaine for joint cavity injection, while the control group was not given any treatment.VAS visual pain scores at 2d,3d and 5d were recorded.2d,3d,5d,and 1 month postoperative HSS activity score of the knee joint;Wound drainage tube placement time;Preoperative, postoperative and the end of one month follow-up knee X-ray to observe the prosthesis;Postoperative complications, postoperative analgesia satisfaction of patients. Results: 1.The postoperative VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P ﹤0.05).2.When the wound exudate after knee joint replacement decreased in steps, theindwelling time of tranexamic acid injection drainage tube in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P﹤ 0.05).3.The postoperative range of motion of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P﹤ 0.05).4.The postoperative analgesia satisfaction between the experimental group and the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P﹤ 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Ropivacaine injection into the articular cavity can effectively reduce the pain of patients after TKA surgery.2.If the wound exudate has a gradient reduction after knee joint replacement, tranexamic acid injection into the joint cavity can reduce the time of drainage tube indwelling.3.Ropivacaine injection into the joint cavity can increase the preoperative range of motion of the knee joint.
