Selection Of Two Surgical Approaches Under Nasal Endoscopy For The Treatment Of Antrochoanal Polyp In Children And Adolescents

Purpose:This randomized controlled study was conducted to investigate the clinical efficacy of two surgical methods for the treatment of antrochoanal polyps in children and adolescents,in the hope of providing references for the treatment of antrochoanal polyps in children and adolescents,so as to find suitable surgical approaches for children and adolescents.Method:The experimental subjects were selected from the outpatient department of our hospital from early November 2016 to the end of May 2018.There were 39 cases of children and adolescents clinically diagnosed with antrochoanal polyps(all subjects had a medical history of > for three months).Thirty-nine patients with ACP were randomly divided into the group A(23 cases),group B(16 cases).The group A,group B were operated from maxillary sinus ostium through middle meatus,middle nasal passage combined with lower nasal passage,respectively.compared two groups of research object operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative complications,before and after treatment,the,using chi-square count data,measurement data with mean ±standard deviation,said the t test and chi-square statistics inspection,p < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Result:There was no significant difference in the operative time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P >0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications(P >0.05).The postoperative follow-up period was 8 months to 12 months,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The antrochoanal polyps in children and adolescents were treated by nasal passages in nasal endoscopic maxillary sinus open combined with the power system to removemaxillar sinus choanal polyp and nasal passages in the maxillary sinus opening can not be sure in the maxillary sinus lesions origin or diseased patients can't fully(department is located on the front wall,the Angle)joint under nasal passages open the window to remove thoroughly,clear field and little injury,postoperative mild reaction,is a worthy of clinical application and popularization.
