Many eye diseases,such as age-related macular degeneration,diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma,and retinal photoreceptor cells or within the inner nerve pathological physiological change is directly related to,in patients with abnormal vision for the first time,there have been a lot of retinal cells was irreversible damage to the internal optical signal detection technology(the Intrinsic optical signals,IOSs)with noninvasive and the characteristics of non-contact,high time and high spatial resolution,can provide early retinopathy at the same time the morphological structure and physiological f unction changes of information.In this paper,the study of reflection type intrinsic optical signals detection is of great significance for the diagnosis and application of early retinal lesions.In this paper,isolated Sprague Dawley(SD)adult rat retima was taken as the research object,and a reflective intrinsic optical signal acquisition system was designed and built.Visible light stimulation of the retina was conducted by this system,and image signal acquisition was carried out.Then,the original image was processed and analyzed with matlab related program,and finally the intrinsic signal of the rat retina with high time resolution was obtained.The main work is as follows:(1)a high-speed reflection type intrinsic optical signal acquisition system was designed and built.Relevant parameters and structure of the system were improved and optimized,and the obtained system stability was good.The time resolution and spatial resolution of the system were 1ms and 6.26 m,respectively.(2)Write the data processing program to signal denoising algorithm is studied,and the effective internal light signal.(3)the high-speed intrinsic optical signal detection system was used to obtain the retinal reflective intrinsic optical signal of 1000 frames/s in rats.(4)at a high frame rate of 1000 frames/s,the constructed reflection system stimulated the retina of rats with visible light,and obtained the high-speed retinal intrinsic optical signal with obvious trend.In this paper,design of light reflex intrinsic signal sampling system and using experimental method can effectively to the change of intrinsic optical signals,for the analysis of intrinsic signal characteristics and the relationship between the structure of retina functional change foundation,is also provided to establish the evaluation system of early retina.There are 58 pictures and 8 table in this paper,and 58 references are cited.
