Intrinsic optical signals(IOSs)detection technology is a non-invasive,non-contact,high-time and spatial resolution detection method. The existing research results have confirmed that this method can be applied to the evaluation of retinal function. In vitro detection technology, the survival time of the retina is short, and can not be observed for a long time, resulting in weak signal and low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).The lack of research on the characteristics of the IOSs in the blindness retina. In this paper, how to improve the SNR and how to analyze the characteristics of IOSs in glaucoma retina are studied, which has high significance in prompting the application of this technique. In this paper,Sprague Dawley(SD)adult rat retina was used as the research object, and the IOSs was obtained by in vitro detection.Symlets wavelet function was used to de-noise the IOSs,which reduces the number of sampling times. The IOSs in the retina of normal rats and high intraocular pressure rats(glaucoma model)were compared. The IOSs of rat retina were classified and the signals under different visible light stimulation conditions were analyzed. The results contribute to the clinical application of IOSs detection technology. The main work is as follows:(1)The control system of the in vitro transmissive intrinsic optical signals acquisition system is improved, which makes the operation more simple and easy to control the visible light intensity.(2)Comparing the results of different de-noising methods for processing signals. It is determined that the signal is processed by the Symlets wavelet function, and the number of signal samples is reduced from 5 times to 2 times without losing the SNR of the signal.(3)The IOSs were classified according to the changes, and the sources of different types of IOSs were analyzed.(4)Some signal characteristics of IOSs in the retina of normal rats and high intraocular pressure(glaucoma model)rats were compared by a series of experiments. This study lays a foundation for further study of the IOSs in retina.
