Objective: This study was designed to investigate the relationship between intraoperative blood pressure variability and postoperative acute heart, brain and kidney complications in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 191 elderly patients with hip fractures aged ?65 years in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital from October 2015 to April 2018 was conducted.General data of all patients, relevant laboratory test results and intraoperative blood pressure amplitude changes were collected, and the blood pressure variance was calculated statistically to indicate its variability. The incidence of acute heart, brain and kidney complications within two weeks after surgery was observed to explore the correlation between blood pressure and variability. Results: Of the 191 patients,53 had acute cardiac, brain, and kidney complications, and 138 no had. There was no significant difference in the mean systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)between the control group(group A)and the case group(group B)(P>0.05).The standard deviation and variance of SBP and DBP in group B were higher than those in group B.A group(P<0.05);single factor logistic regression analysis showed that age,ASA grade, preoperative D-dimer level,SBP variance and DBP variance were risk factors for postoperative acute heart, brain and kidney complications;Factor Logistic suggested ASA classification(P=0.01,OR: 2.718,95% CI: 1.272-5.806),SBP variance(P=0.033,OR: 1.003,95% CI: 1.001-1.005)was predicted for elderly patients with hip fracture Independent risk factors for acute complications of the posterior heart, brain and kidney. Conclusions: Age,ASA grade, preoperative D-dimer levels, and blood pressure variability are risk factors for postoperative acute heart, brain, and kidney complications in elderly hip fracture patients. In addition,SBP variance can be used as an independent risk factor for predicting acute postoperative heart, brain and kidney complications in elderly patients with hip fracture.
