Observation On The Short-Term Effect Of Tongluo Yuyang Decoction Combined With Quadruple Therapy In The Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer With Stasis Type Of Stomach And Collaterals

Objective : Through observing the clinical trial of Tongluo Yuyang Decoction combined with quadruple therapy in treating peptic ulcer of gastrointestinal stasis type,to evaluate its short-term clinical efficacy,and to summarize the prescription compatibility and the rule of syndrome and treatment of Tongluo Yuyang Decoction in treating peptic ulcer.Methods:Strict screening of patients with peptic ulcer in the Spleen and Stomach Clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2018.A total of 80 patients who met the criteria of this clinical trial were randomly divided into two groups,40 in the treatment group and 40 in the control group,after statistical correlation test,there were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,gastroscopy results,detection results of Helicobacter pylori,safety indicators and syndrome scores before treatment between the two groups.The treatment group was treated with Tongluo Yuyang Decoction combined with quadruple therapy drugs,while the control group was treated with quadruple therapy drugs only.The observation indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were counted and analyzed,and the conclusion was drawn.Results:1.There were no differences in gender,age,course of disease,results of gastroscopy,detection results of Helicobacter pylori,safety indicators,scores of single TCM syndromes and total scores of TCM syndromes before treatment among all the patients.2.Comparisons of gastroscopic efficacy:After treatment,40 cases in the treatment group were cured clinically in 6 cases,markedly effective in 23 cases,effective in 11 cases and ineffective in 0 case,the recovery rate was 72.5%,and the total effective rate was100%;in the control group,4 cases were cured clinically,15 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective,0 case was ineffective,the recovery rate was 47.5%,and the total effective rate was 100%.After statistical analysis,the therapeutic effect of gastroscopy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.Removal of Helicobacter pylori:After treatment,40 cases in the treatment group,39 cases were cleared,1 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 97.5%;40 cases in the control group,37 cases were cleared,3 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was92.5%.After statistical analysis,no difference was found in the efficacy of Helicobacter pylori clearance between the two groups.4.Comparison of curative effect of syndrome:In the treatment group,8 cases were cured,25 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective,the recovery rate was 82.5%,the total effective rate was 97.5%;in the control group,4cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,24 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective,the recovery rate was 25%,the total effective rate was 85%.After statistical analysis,the improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.5.Observation of safety indicators:The vital signs,blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function,electrolyte and electrocardiogram of all patients in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were not abnormal,and there was no significant difference between the two groups after statistical analysis;no significant adverse reactions occurred in the treatment process.Conclusion : Tongluo Yuyang Decoction combined with quadruple therapy can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients in the near future,and promote ulcer healing,and is safe and effective.
