| Objective:To further verify the short-term and long-term clinical efficacy of guben zhixue capsule in the treatment of allergic purpura nephritis,and to provide a basis for the efficacy and safety of this drug in the treatment of allergic purpura nephritis.Methods : According to the principles of random,parallel,double-blind and double-simulated control,72 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given guben zhixue capsule,4 pills/time,3times/day,and the nephritis rehabilitation tablets simulation agent,4 pills/time,3 times/day.Patients in the control group were given nephritis rehabilitation tablets,4 tablets/time,3tablets/time,guben zhixue capsule simulation agent,4 tablets/time,3 tablets/time;Patients in the two groups were given basic treatment such as blood pressure lowering,lipid-lowering,diuretic detumescence,etc.Both groups were treated for two courses of treatment,each course of treatment was 3 months,and short-term efficacy was evaluated for 3 months and 6 months.The efficacy was followed up 3 months after the end of treatment,and the long-term efficacy was evaluated,so as to clarify the short-term efficacy and safety of guben zhixue capsule.Results:1.Comparison of the total clinical efficacy between the two groups: the total effective rate was 68.75% in the treatment group and 65.63% in the control group after 3months of treatment.After 6 months of treatment,the total clinical effective rate was90.6% in the treatment group and 68.75% in the control group.After rank-sum test,Z=--2.004,P=0.045<0.05,there was no significant difference,and the curative effect was positively correlated with the course of treatment.Urine sediment red blood cell number:T=-0.026,P=0.979>0.05 in the treatment group and the control group at the time of enrollment,and T=-0.122,P=0.904>0.05 at the time of 3 months of treatment,no significant difference was found.After 6 months of medication,T=-2.149,P=0.036<0.05,which was statistically significant.The curative effect was positively correlated with the course of treatment.24-hour urine protein quantification: there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group when T=-0.613 and P=0.542>0.05 when enrolled in the group,and when T=-1.279 and P=0.208>0.05 after 3months of treatment.After 6 months of medication,T=-2.387,P=0.02<0.05,which was statistically significant.The curative effect was positively correlated with the course oftreatment.2.The long-term efficacy was followed up for 3 months.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,and that of the control group was 59.4%.After 24 hours of urine protein analysis,T=-2.367,P=0.021<0.05,with significant difference.The urine sediment erythrocytes were examined and analyzed,T=-2.441,P=0.018<0.05,showing a significant difference.The long-term curative effect of guben zhixue capsule is good.3.Efficacy evaluation of TCM syndromes: after 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of TCM efficacy evaluation in the treatment group was 78.13%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 65.63%.The total effective rate was 87.50% in the treatment group and 81.25% in the control group after 6 months of treatment,with significant difference through rank sum test(Z=-2.493,P=0.013<0.05).The curative effect was positively correlated with the course of treatment.Conclusion:Guben zhixue capsule can play a role in lowering urine protein and urine sediment red blood cells within 2 months,but the long-term effect will be better,and the effect is positively correlated with the course of treatment.During the 3-month follow-up,the effect of guben zhixue capsule was better than that of shenyan kangfu tablet.The results showed that the effect of guben zhixue capsule was better than that of shenyan kangfu tablet in delaying the progress of urinary protein and urinary sediment red blood cells,and the effect of TCM syndrome was also better than that of the control group. |
