| Objective:In this study,we used Jiawei Xiaochaihu Decoction to treat alcoholic liver fibrosis patients,and observed the main clinical symptoms,signs and related physical and chemical indicators before and after treatment,to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Xiaochaihu Decoction.At the same time,it enriches and improves the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of alcoholic liver fibrosis,and provides treatment ideas for the treatment of alcoholic liver fibrosis.Methods: Patients who met the criteria for diagnosis and inclusion of alcoholic liver fibrosis were divided into two groups according to random number table design(33 cases each).After 5 cases of abscission,30 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group were treated for 24 weeks.No other hepatoprotective or liver-damaging drugs were allowed during the experiment.(1)The treatment group was treated with modified Xiaochaihu Decoction(vinegar Bupleurum 9g,Pinellia ternata 9g,Codonopsis 15 g,Scutellaria baicalensis 9g,Yinchen 15 g,Poria 24 g,vinegar turtle shell 30 g,peach kernel 15 g,Salvia miltiorrhiza 18 g,orange peel9 g,roasted licorice 6g granules,one bag each time,twice a day,with appropriate boiling water to wash(or heat micro-decoction),take them separately before breakfast and dinner;Silybin capsules(Tianjin Tianshili Shengte Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,batch number:H20040299,specifications: 35mg/granule,30 capsules/box,usage method: 70 mg,three times a day,mouth.Clothing)(2)The control group was given Biejiajian Decoction pills(batch number: Z42020772,produced by Zhonglian Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.3g/bag,12 bags/box,usage: 3g,twice a day,oral);Silybin capsule(Tianjin Tianshili Sante Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,batch number:H20040299,specifications: 35mg/granule,30 capsules/box,usage: 70 mg,three times a day,oral).The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were recorded and compared before and after treatment,and the serum liver fibrosis markers(HA,LN,PC III,C-IV),liver function(ALT,AST)and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound results were recorded and analyzed before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67% and that of the control group was 77.42%.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were significantly improved or disappeared before and after treatment,the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05);the improvement of symptoms and signs of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the liver function of the two groups was significantly improved,compared with that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.01);compared with the control group,the recovery of liver function in the treatment group was significantly better,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of HA,LN and PC III in the two groups was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.01),and the recovery of HA,LN and PC III in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of hepatic fibrosis index C-IV in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),while that in the control group was basically not improved(P>0.05);the recovery of C-IV in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The effect of two groups on imaging(abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography)of patients with alcoholic liver fibrosis: The morphology and imaging of liver and spleen were improved after treatment in both groups,and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(all P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In a word,Jiawei Xiaochaihu Decoction can not only improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with alcoholic liver fibrosis,improve liver function,but also effectively degrade serum liver fibrosis indicators and promote liver tissue repair.It has a good curative effect on alcoholic liver fibrosis.The total effective rate is 86.67%.Conclusion:1.This prescription can effectively degrade the index of hepatic fibrosis,and its effect is better than Biejiajian Decoction pill,indicating that it has good anti-hepatic fibrosis effect,or even prevent and reverse hepatic fibrosis and early cirrhosis.2.This prescription can effectively reduce ALT and AST,which indicates that it can improve liver function.3.The prescription can also improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with alcoholic liver fibrosis and improve the quality of life of patients. |
