Study On The Correlation Between The Ratio Of Apolipoprotein B/apolipoprotein A1 And Syntax Score In Patients With Suspected Positive Coronary Heart Disease In Treadmill Exercise Test

Objective:To investigate the relationship between apolipoprotein B/apolipoprotein A1 ratio and syntax score in patients with suspected positive coronary heart disease in treadmill exercise test.Methods:In this retrospective study,501 patients,who had suspicious positive results of treadmill exercise test in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from August 2016 to September 2018 due to chest tightness,chest pain,etc.,and who underwent coronary angiography within 2 weeks,were selected as research subjects.All subjects were divided into non-coronary heart disease group,low-risk group(1-22),intermediate-risk group(23-32)and high-risk group(?33)according to the syntax score.The blood biochemical indexes(total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,plasma atherogenic index,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,apolipoprotein A1,apolipoprotein B,apolipoprotein B/apolipoprotein A1,lipoprotein a)were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 statistical software in different groups to explore the correlation between the indicators and the syntax score.Results:Spearman correlation analysis found correlation coefficients between LDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C,corrected AIP,Apo B,Apo B/Apo A1,Lpa,HDL-C,Apo A1 and Syntax scores in different groups are 0.092,0.196,0.123,0.119,0.268,0.176,-0.184,and-0.180.The correlation coefficient between Apo B/Apo A1 ratio and syntax score was the highest.LDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C,corrected AIP,Apo B,Apo B/Apo A1,Lpa were positively correlated with Syntax score,while HDL-C and Apo A1 were negatively.There was no correlation between TG,TC,Apo E and syntax scores.Multivariate linear regression analysis found that only Apo B/Apo A1 was included in the regression equation,and the standardized regression coefficient of Apo B/Apo A1 in the regression equation is 0.242.Conclusion:There was a positive correlation between Apo B/Apo A1 ratio and Syntax score in suspected positive patients with treadmill exercise test,which could predict the severity of coronary artery disease.
