Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy at both ends of the spine, and to explain the principle of selecting acupoints from both ends of acupuncture spinal column, evaluate its effectiveness, and provide new clinical treatment ideas for further clinical treatment.Root cervical spondylosis increases treatment ideas and improves treatment outcomes.Methods:Sixty-four patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=32).The treatment group was treated with acupuncture to adjust the two sides of the spine for acupuncture treatment. The Fengchi Tianzhu Jianjing Jingjiaji Taodao Naohu Changqiang, and the Huiyang(both sides),while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Treatment 5times a week for a total of 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, the patient's symptoms, signs and functional status were scored and evaluated for efficacy. The clinical efficacy of the two methods was compared.Results:1.Compare the age, gender, course of disease and severity of the patient before treatment and the cervical vertebral dysfunction before treatment. The NDI score of the scale and the 20-point quantitative change of Tianzhong Jingjiu nerve root type cervical spondylosis were compared(p>0.05).The meaning of learning is comparable.2.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(NDI < 0.05)between the 20 points scale and the NDI score before and after treatment. After the completion of treatment, the treatment group and the control group were compared with the 20 scale scale and NDI scale of the cervical spondylotic radicular disease. The P values were all less than 0.05.The difference was statistically significant. The treatment group was cured in 6 cases, markedly effective in 15 cases, improved in 5cases,ineffective in 4 cases, and the total effective rate was 86.7%.In the control group,3cases were cured,10 cases were markedly improved,9 cases improved,8 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 73.3%.The curative effect of the two groups was p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.According to the adjustment of the two sides of the spine, acupuncture and common acupuncture for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy have curative effect, but the overall efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group, indicating that the method of acupuncture to regulate the two ends of the spine has certain clinical value. At the same time,it provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.2.On the basis of fully utilizing the concept of traditional medicine as a whole and combining with the "towel twisting effect" of modern medicine, this study selected Huiyang and Changqiang acupoints below to strengthen the ascension of Yang Qi along the ridge of Dumai, dredging the local Qi and blood of neck by combining the Fengchi,Tianzhu,Jianjing,Jingjiaji,Taodao and Naohu acupoints on the neck to form the treatment of upper diseases, the combination of distant and near diseases, the ascent and descent, ascent and descent.Relevant treatment ideas highlight the overall concept of balancing the spine as a whole and guide practice.
