Experience Of Professor Zhang Wenhong In Treating Infertility Caused By Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Objective : Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)is one of the most common gynecological endocrine diseases.Its clinical manifestations are mainly androgen excess and persistent anovulation disorder,which is one of the most common causes of menstrual disorder or even infertility in pregnant women.It poses a great threat to women's physical and mental health.The pathological mechanism of this disease is extremely complex,the clinical treatment effect is not satisfactory,and in recent years,its incidence is increasing year by year,therefore,the research on this disease has become a hot spot day by day.At the same time,it is very important to understand its pathogenesis and find an effective treatment for the disease as soon as possible.Methods:This paper systematically summarizes the academic experience of tutor in the treatment of infertility caused by PCOS from two aspects of theoretical and clinical research.The main theoretical research is as follows: reading classics carefully to improve their academic level,and taking detailed notes when following up with their teachers.This paper summarizes the clinical characteristics of the tutor,and combines with the research results of modern doctors,studies Professor Zhang Wenhong's views and characteristics on infertility caused by PCOS,and summarizes his academic thoughts comprehensively.Professor Zhang Wenhong's experience prescription(Xiaodao Tiaojing decoction)in the treatment of infertility induced by PCOS was observed and studied.90 cases of PCOS patients were randomly divided into three groups: traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and combination group of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xiaodoutiaojing decoction combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),to verify its clinical efficacy and analyze its possible mechanism,and to provide clinical basis and theoretical support for popularizing and applying this method.Results :In theoretical research,Professor Zhang Wenhong believes that the main pathogenesis of infertility caused by PCOS is kidney deficiency,phlegm,dampness and blood stasis.Stagnation in the body caused the abnormal metabolism of water and liquid.Water dampness accumulated in the body for a long time into phlegm dampness,phlegm-dampness block time is too long to become blood stasis,eventually forming a series of symptoms of kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness and blood stasis.In clinical studies,30 cases were collected in each of the three groups.The total effective rate,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were 86%,833% and 400.The total effective rate was 66%,the ovulation rate 58 and pregnancy rate 16.1% in the traditional Chinese medicine group,and 30 cases in the western medicine group,respectively.After treatment,the total effective rate was 60.The ovulation rate was 70.The pregnancy rate was 20.The three groups improved in symptom score,serum hormone level,endometrial thickness,total treatment rate,pregnancy rate and ovulation rate,but the combination group was significantly better than the other two groups.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Professor Zhang Wenhong is diligent in seeking ancient training,attentively studying the classical books of traditional Chinese medicine,being good at absorbing the academic essence of various doctors,diagnosing and treating PCOS infertility,having certain characteristics,having rich clinical experience,remarkable curative effect,and worthy of further study.Collate,carry forward its academic thought on the basis of inheritance.The digestion Tiaojing decoction combined with clomiphene citrate treatment of kidney deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis in patients with infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome has good curative effect,can effectively improve the level of endocrine hormone,improve the basal body temperature increase rate of two-way,follicle size,increase the pregnancy rate and ovulation rate,reduce symptoms.At the same time the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of this disease and the clinical symptoms improved significantly,and is harmless to the body,should be widely used in clinic.
