Literature Study On The Characteristics Of TCM Syndrome And Treatment Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective: Based on a retrospective study of modern literature,we summarized the TCM syndrome,distribution and combination rule of primary nephrotic syndrome,and the rule of Clinical Prescriptions and medication,so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods: in China academic full-text database(CNKI)on the retrieval of traditional Chinese medicine in recent 20 years with primary nephrotic syndrome related literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,select qualified literature;extraction related syndromes,syndrome,therapeutic methods and prescriptions and other information,its standardization and entry through the statistical database;software,frequency,frequency and statistical description of its constituent ratio.Result:1.This paper selected 454 qualified papers,summed up by a total of 54 kinds of syndrome types,the common syndromes are: spleen kidney yang deficiency,yin deficiency of liver and kidney,spleen and lung qi deficiency,Qi Yin deficiency,damp heat syndrome;treatment stage with Yin deficiency and adequate fire reduction stage to main hormone.Yin and yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,maintain the TCM syndrome stage with spleen kidney yang deficiency,spleen and kidney qi deficiency.2.Extract syndrome elements of 21 kinds,including 8 kinds of syndrome factor are: kidney,spleen,liver,lung,stomach,disease syndrome;15 were: Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,wet(turbidity),heat(fire),blood stasis and water stop,cold wind.And yang hyperactivity,Qi stagnation,phlegm,poison,blood deficiency;description of primary nephrotic syndrome disease mainly in the kidney,involving the liver spleen and lung,the most common pathogenic factors of qi deficiency and yin deficiency and yang deficiency,dampness,heat.3.Primary nephrotic syndrome syndrome factor combination in the form of a total of three to two and three syndrome factor combination more description of primary nephrotic syndrome are usually syndrome pathogenesis;the syndrome factor combination with spleen kidney +;two syndrome to Qi + Yin three more;in combination with spleen kidney yang deficiency + + more;description of primary nephrotic syndrome in spleen and kidney disease,the pathogenic factors in deficiency,and the deficiency is the main pathogenic factors.4.Primary nephrotic syndrome in the treatment of specific treatment methods are: Nourishing Yin and nourishing yin;blood stasis;qingrelishi;Qi spleen detumescence;supplementing qi and nourishing yin and tonifying the spleen and kidney;detumescence;nourishing liver and kidney;Shufeng heat,diffusing the lung and water.The hormone treatment stage with sufficient nourishingyin for reduction and maintenance stage;Qi and spleen,supplementing qi and nourishing yin and tonifying the spleen and kidney is more.5.Primary nephrotic syndrome Clinical Prescriptions: Zhenwu Decoction,Zhibaidihuang Decoction and Shenqi Dihuang Decoction;Poria five powder five PI decoction,Zhibaidihuang Decoction to two pills,five Ling San Zhenwu decoction.Chinese medicine mainly: Zhibaidihuang pill,Rehmannia six,Jinkuishenqi pill,astragalus,Tripterygium tablets and Danshen injection and so on.6.Obtained through the syndrome differentiation of primary nephrotic syndrome in general medicine: Poria,Alisma,Atractylodes,astragalus,yam,Cornus as the commonly used drugs,the overall resistance is mainly flat,temperature,mainly for the overall taste sweet and bitter,whole tropism is mainly the spleen and kidney,the treatment to repair virtual medicine,dampness and heat drugs.In the hormone sufficiency stage,the treatment of deficiency and heat is the most,while the reduction and maintenance stage is mainly based on deficiency and water and dampness,indicating that the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome is mainly made up of deficiency.Conclusion:1.The change of the syndrome of PNS after hormone therapy is obvious(yin deficiency fire-deficiency of both qi and yin-deficiency of spleen and kidney yang)can provide reference for clinical and western medicine combined diagnosis and treatment.2.PNS deficiency is mainly due to deficiency of spleen and kidney,and the deficiency of spleen and kidney is the center of gravity of its pathological mechanism,and the deficiency of yang qi is the fundamental,damp-heat and blood stasis of its pathological mechanism as its important pathological factors.3.The drug resistance of PNS mainly consists of spleen and kidney.It has the functions of tonifying deficiency,diuresis,diuresis,clearing away heat and three drugs,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis throughout the disease.
