Shufeng Jiedu Capsule In Acute Phapyngitis Rat Effects Of Serum T Cell Subsets And CD4+/CD8+Levels

1.purpose(1)To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule on acute pharyngitis rats through animal experiments.(2)Combined with pathological observation and evaluation,the relationship between the expression of T cell subsets,CD4+/CD8+ in serum and acute pharyngitis in rats with acute pharyngitis was further analyzed,so as to further clarify the mechanism of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule in treating acute pharyngitis.2.method Seventy rats were randomly divided into seven groups,10 rats in each group(half male and half female)as blank control group,model group,placebo group,clarithromycin group,low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group.In model group 10,throat spray was used to spray 15% ammonia water into the pharyngeal portion of the animal.Each spray was pressed 3 times,1 times a day for 1 consecutive days in the morning and in the afternoon.After successful modeling,the same method was used to model the remaining 5 groups of rats.The rats were given Clarithromycin by intragastric administration on the 4th day.The placebo group was given the same amount of distilled water.Time of administration: 2 times a day for 5 days.After treatment,rat serum was taken and the contents of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ in rat serum were detected by flow cytometry.3.results By observing the changes of rats' behavior and scoring according to the scoring criteria,the results were statistically analyzed.The difference between the model group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the model of acute pharyngitis rats was successful.The levels of CD3 + in placebo group,Shufeng Jiedu capsule high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group and clarithromycin group were 12.3(+2.67),18.5(+3.46),14.7(+2.57),13.8(+3.42)and 14.3(+3.61),respectively.The results showed that Shufeng Jiedu Capsule could increase the content of CD3 + in AP rats.The levels of CD4 + in placebo group,Shufeng Jiedu capsule high-dose group,middle-dose group,low-dose group and clarithromycin group of AP rats were 52.7(+7.82),57.4(+9.77),47.9(+6.84),43.3(+7.41),62.1(+7.02),respectively.The treatment effect of high-dose group was similar to that of clarithromycin group.The values of CD4+/CD8+ were 1.33(+0.37),1.52(+0.45),1.04(+0.19),0.88(+0.29)and 2.00(+0.39)respectively,which indicated that Shufeng Jiedu Capsule could indeed increase the level of CD4+/CD8+ and affect the immune capacity of the body.4.conclusion It can significantly improve the pharyngeal symptoms and signs of AP rats,and change the relative expression of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ in peripheral blood of AP rats,and increase the expression of CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood.It can be concluded that the immunity of rats with acute pharyngitis can be effectively improved.
